  People there are always ready only to make money for clients.
  They will be suggesting and forcing me to get more and more services which are not even required.
  Once went there for haircut and staff started forcing me to get global hair coloring and other services which was just not required.

  If staff would be helpful, then this saloon in good otherwise they will just try to make a big bill.

  Unprofessional behaviour of staff. Ill mannered language and bad communication skills with client. Very rude behaviour. Took service of 6k+ but they don’t know how to talk to customer.   Very much disappointment…..I took hydra facial,they are using product with water,how could they add water in serum, due to which excessive electric current was flowing over my face.Haircut guy was not listening to me which pattern of haircut I need….mam I will do by myself… suddenly he disappeared ask someone to do setting of hair….

  Highly disappointed.. I booked an appointment for hair color and was late by few minutes and also informed the staff about my late arrival and at that time they did not told anything and later when I reached they straight away denied.. I totally agree that everyone should respect the time but at the same they would have informed me that if I am arriving late the service will not be possible , why would I have wasted my time ..

  Amazing salon!
  Got my keratine treatment done from here. The staff is very much knowledgeable and polite. They completed the whole process with a lot patience and very professionally.

  Would definitely recommend it!

  Also, it’s better if you call and take appointment prior visiting the place because there might be rush and you will have to wait for a long time if you don’t have appointment.

  I would strongly advice to refrain from trying keratin hair treatment from this parlour..I had done the same from a different place and got much better results.Within a week my hair has returned back to pre treatment state .I highly doubt their hair stylist’s competency and genuinity of their products. The hair stylist was impatient,clumsy and callous in his work.
  I feel cheated and will never visit this place again.
