- Reviews:I love to go to Pet smart at Oswell st and it’s been more than 3 years I’m shopping dog and cat food from there. I love the staff, atmosphere and mainly the Manager name Teresa. I usually don’t write any reviews. But this time i couldn’t stop myself to appreciate Teresa being so professional, hard working and a good employee of Pet smart. I always saw her on her toes working and managing while helping the customers with their queries. She is such positive person with a smile always on her face. I can see that she is so compassionate and dedicated to her work. I feel we should always appreciate such people around us and shouldn’t hesitate to write a review to encourage them. They are so sweet and helpful and I can sit and chat with them for days lol but in all honesty, they rock! This store is the best and I got my beardie there and I was so happy that they have a whole checklist of must haves before they allow people to adopt them babies! You never know some people’s intentions and can’t be too careful. Also, some $ saving tips: they price match their online price, and online their merchandise is almost always marked at a lower price. To use price match, simply install their app, search the merchandise you’re purchasing, and have the product pulled up on your phone at checkout. Can use for multiple items at your visit. They always have full shelves, too! All your fur baby needs all in one place, with knowledgeable, friendly, staff that are incredibly bright and helpful.By Misfit (in the last week)Grooming is HORRIBLE. Worst experience of my life. I will be looking into new grooming options. 1st they canceled my appointment out of nowhere forcing me to reschedule 4 days later. When I finally took my dog in, mind you I paid extra for the deshedding process and extra to get his nails done. After I paid they told me they couldn’t clips his nails or use the blow dryer on him. Just incredibly unprofessional. I should have demanded for some of my money back but I didn’t bother. - Reviews:We adopted a dog there on Saturday. We drove a long way. Well she is very sick, we don’t know if she will make it. We are not taking her back, she is a living being and you just don’t take them back so they can kill her. And give me another one! There were so many dogs there. You need to start sending your dogs to other Co.s here in California and more states. There is only abt 30 dogs here where I live. Start sending dogs to other places please! This was our first visit to KCAS , we were greeting with smiles and great customer service. The county employees respected the ability to take pictures of the animals and the building was very well signed they were detailed in making sure the public knows which zones are restricted and not, the facility was very clean and the adoption process went very quickly and we received so much help from staff ????.By Greg M (2 months ago)The staff really care about the animals here. Please come give a dog ir cat a forever home.By Shana Doverspike (2 weeks ago)I adopted a puppy on the 19th was told she was over a cough but she wasn’t that’s not really the issue the issue is the Staff both when I adopted the dog and when I called were very rude raised their voices as well as cut me off when I’m talking how are you supposed to even be able to explain anything if your just constantly cut off I really hope their staff provides better customer service in the future. I’m very happy and satisfied!???? one of the employees at the store named Mike help me he definitely had much knowledge. He answered all my questions and was able to guide me on how to take care of my bearded dragon???? thanks to him my little one is more active and is eating well this is definitely the service everyone needs I am more than appreciative towards him. I took advantage of his expertise to educate myself on how to take care of my little Dragy Pooh????
Customer service was great, always make us feel welcome and offer help when they see you there standing looking for your items. Check out was fast aswell i definitely recommend this location;)
Staff was very helpful. We adopted a dog today and they gave us a coupon book. We were able to apply some coupons to our purchase which was really helpful since stuff can be pricey there. Overall the visit was good.
Best staff at this location. Pick-up online orders & out the door in 5 minutes..everytime. Staff is always super-friendly & helpful.
The people that help with the fish dept. have no idea about fish or fish care, all they do is wait until a bunch of customers are waiting and wanting to buy fish ect. then they finally come over to help but don’t pick who was waiting there first in line and just help whoever they feel like first they really need a ticket / number system or something like that in place. They are very skittish to stick a net in the tank water and just hope to catch something that is not dead already. Lots of dead fish & shrimp in the tanks last time I was there about a week ago.
