  2. I usually go in during the evenings and have been checked out by Kelly, Nicole, and Bryanna and they have given me the most INCREDIBLE customer service. However I recently visited in the morning and was disturbed to see how differently I was treated. The morning staff seems much less eager and friendly and were much less knowledgeable and helpful with the care of my exotic pets. I will definitely stick to my night time visits from now on.

  4. Cashier Brent and Manager Jeff were friendly and helpful. I initially had a problem w payment and they were extremely patient while I resolved the issue. THANK YOU!

    Loved the Naughty Cat Cafe! It was such a fun experience! The place was very homey, and it was packed with tons of different toys, stands, and platforms for the cats to play with/relax on. I loved that I could sip some tea and watch as the resident cats roamed about, played with their toys and other guests, or slept in various nooks, chairs, or beds. I really enjoyed being able to feed the cats treats, pet them, and play with them as well. Overall, such a sweet experience! Definitely recommend.

    This a great place to hang out and see some kitties, with most cats up for adoption. Staff brings treats around for guest to give the cats and oh man do the cats love it! They have toys you can use to play with them and it was fun watching a few of them lose their furry minds when the feathers on a string came out. I went here to work on some paperwork because I miss my cats at home, and it wasn’t long before I had one on my laptop interfering with my work. Perfect! Feeding the treats was fun and there were a few who tried to take all the treats for themselves, and nearly succeeded. They also have a gift shop with everything going to support the cats. They’ve emptied their local shelter of cats over 40 times because they’ve been able to adopt out so many cats!

    My daughter took me here for Mother’s Day and it was amazing. Our first time going was 2 weeks earlier and we could not wait to get back. There were 40 cats with endless pets and playtime. The pictures are from the play session. If you look closely, you can see a flying cat. We love going here and plan to go on a regular basis. Thank you for fostering these cat’s and giving them a chance to find their fur ever home. Keep up the great work! PS. I highly recommend picking up some merchandise while you are there. It is another way to support the adoption cause. I picked up a shirt for myself, my daughter, and my son in Colorado. The magnet is for my refrigerator. 😁

    Amazing cat shelter / cafe. The owners were delightful and so welcoming. The place was immaculate and clean and welcoming. Given so many cats to love, the place had no smell. They rescue and nurse cats/kittens and help them find their forever homes. I took my 12 year old and she absolutely loved it. Definitely make reservations, the place is very popular. Will visit again for sure.

    So amazing! This cat cafe is so warm and welcoming. The main room has many comfortable couches and chairs and very well decorated. Two other rooms that were clean and welcoming. Something for everyone. Very welcoming and calming environment. Very clean, you wouldn’t know there were 30+ cats there. There were 42 the day we were there. All very happy kitties. We fell in love with Toby and Cheddar but alas, not a good time for us to adopt, and being from WA that would be extra challenging for us and the kitties. Otherwise we’d take half a dozen or more. Worth making an appt.

    Not a fan of the quality of grooming here. There’s a hefty upcharge for nail grinding. I expect when any groomer works on my dog that the nails actually get trimmed up and shortened. This was the second time the nails were barely touched. The first time I said nothing thinking it was a simple oversight. This is the second time and I’m leaving a review here with photos. We are going to find a new groomer. If I’m going to spend $80+ before tip on a bath, brush, and nail grind, it’s going to be done right.

    I’ve always enjoyed this pet store and the selections of products they have. It’s easy to find what you’re looking for, well-organized, and typically in stock with everything I need. They sell fish, smaller reptiles, smaller pets like hamsters, guinea pigs, etc., birds, and they have cats to adopt. There is also a smaller scale vet inside that can provide some basic pet care and grooming.

    Wish I could put 0 stars as the reptile “expert” working there suggested repti-bark for my leopard gecko and she ingested a piece and now I have to put her down. I wish I knew the lady’s name but she’s short, tan, and has glasses and THAT LADY cost my gecko her life too soon. Unbelievable you guys have people there recommending stuff that can kill certain pets.

    Overall the experience was great Did have to hunt down an employee to help me get the crickets that I needed for my lizard. Other than that everything was clean and organized and the people were friendly I would recommend this store to those looking for pet needs
