What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Done has been our go-to plumbing and heating service company for years. We found them after another company damaged a portion of our home. Done came in and ever since has offered us professional, high quality work at a fair price.

Our most recent job was replacing a kitchen faucet that broke. They were able to get Darrell out to perform the work for us this morning. Complications arose and although they were already having a crazy day, Darrell and Laurie at the office took on my craziness as well and made an incredibly difficult day exponentially better.

I will never work with another company because the bar has been set so high. We have a huge outdoor mainline repair coming up and I have no doubt they will be amazing on that project as well.

They really do care for their customers. It’s not just a phrase, they mean it.

Thanks Darrell and thanks Laurie. I truly appreciate you both more than I can say here.

  2. Dylan was very professional and fixed the problem with no hesitation. He did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him to any one who needs plumbing Done!

  3. I was very happy with Done Plumbing from begining to completion. When we first called, she very friendly and efficient. Followed up with emails. Our appointment was scheduled for a week out. They ended up coming two days earlier. The plumber was very knowledgeable and friendly. The cost was also very reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend Done!

  4. So initially I was very impressed by the responsiveness of their administrative staff and the ease of setting up appointments but after I had had them come out once to clear a drain which by the way they did an okay job on. I ended up realizing that I was going to probably have to replace a sewer line and on top of that randomly a pipe broke in the house and started leaking. I had them quote me on replacing the full sewer line and on replacing the pipe that was broken the sewer line I was quoted $5,000 more than a dedicated sewer line place that did a much better job of explaining what was going on and why and on the main line I was quoted more than twice as much and when the guy came out from Done he quoted me $400 just to take off a small piece of drywall that took me 4 minutes to cut through with a knife and look at the actual repair that was needed ultimately I would definitely shop around before using them again. The other thing that irks me about the quote was the plumber said he would have to remove my whole water heater which would cost $1,800 to take it out and put it back just so he could replace the pipe and that was on top of the $400 for the drywall and the other plumber didn’t have to do any of that didn’t have to touch the water heater and was perfectly able to fix the pipe in two hours..not the full day i was quoted.

  5. Thought we had a toilet leak which turned out not to be the case.
Called for service early evening and had a plumber (Roscoe)at the house the following morning. Roscoe did a thorough inspection of all the pipes in the area, including the adjacent shower, and we concluded water from the shower had splashed on to the floor due to improper closing of shower door by great-grandson. No repair needed.
Roscoe noted a buildup of algae in the toilet tank and in the other toilet tanks in the house. Bottom line, the water softener/filter system was no longer working. Roscoe quoted me a fair price for a replacement system (Halo-5) and was able to install it within 5 days. Very happy with the work and the timeliness of everything from the first service call to the final installation.
Very professional and efficient service by all Done employees included in this process.
Highly recommend Done Plumbing and Heating for all related needs!

We had a pipe burst and didn’t know where it was actually located within the wall / floor so we had a technician come out and punch some holes in the wall to look. They were ultimately unable to access or fix the leak. We went with another company after this one attempted to charge us over $700 stating they’d repaired the pipe when that never happened. We we’re quoted and subsequently charged for a repair when they couldn’t find the leak. All we have from them are holes in the wall and we get calls frequently asking how we are going to arrange payment. We’ve been told we don’t owe anything but every time they call we have to explain the situation over and over to get things straightened out. I wish they had better communication within the company or atleast kept notes on each customer. Really unprofessional and honestly annoying.

They installed my whole home humidifier approximately four years ago. I’ve had to call every season to have the system worked on. I called a different company one season and they said the saddle valve needed to be replaced so they emptied the water took it off and replaced it on my old water tank. I had a new water tank installed this year. I called this company back when there is no water coming through the system. Tech was twisting and turning the valve on the saddle valve a lot it ended at the tubing was clogged once you replace the tubing and put on a new saddle valve. Next morning I realize he did not empty the water and takeoff the old Saddle valve which is only four months old because this was a new piece of piping on the new water heater he instead installed a second saddle valve. I go into my basement the next morning and realize the old saddle valve but he kept cranking on was now leaking. He claimed when I called into the company that that saddle valve was already leaking. Which makes no sense then why is he charging me for a repair and leaving a leaking saddle valve and putting a second saddle valve on the copper piping? What type of repairs at then supposedly the first saddle valve was leaking he just left it and put a second one on this makes no sense. This company has really gone downhill! I ended up paying almost $200 for them to calls a leaking issue in my basement now that I’m going to now have to call a plumber to pull the copper piping and start over.

My wife and I were shopping at Home Depot when we approached by an older gentleman named Ernest. Ernest offered a furnace tune up for $69. He was such a nice guy we signed up. My appointment was scheduled for 10 am on the 10/6. 10 came and passed. At 11:15 I received a phone call from the tech who said she probably wasn’t going to be able to make my appointment and told me to call and reschedule. Not very professional. I finally spoke to a Vanessa and when I told her about what happened, she had “Oh well” attitude. No thanks, I won’t be using their service. Sad because Ernest was such a nice guy.

Very happy with the installation of my new heater and AC system. Both installers Rich and Dimitri from ARS went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. They were both very professional and Rich took the time to explain to me how my new system worked. I was very happy with their work and the installation they performed. I do hope ARS will recognize your hard work. They both truly went above and beyond.

I have used ARS a few times for annual HVAC maintenance and been happy. When my furnace stopped blowing warm air during an arctic blast of sun-zero temps, I called them and scheduled a repair visit with less than 24 hr wait. The tech, Mike. was professional and efficient. Had the system up and running quickly and saved me some money by billing it as maintenance (problem for within the terms) very happy to be warming up!

My water heater had been leaking for a while and needed to be replaced. In addition, it was over 20 years old. I called several reputable plumbing contractors and, to my surprise, none would service my area in southern Douglas county. I finally called Quality First and was relieved that they serviced my area. The service technician, Ray, had over 30 years experience. I was amazed that he could remove my old water heater, and install a new one, in only a couple hours. Ray was very professional, very polite, had a kind demeanor, and was extremely knowledgeable. He was fast, efficient, but also very neat and organized. He answered all my silly questions, and was happy to explain everything he was doing and why. Ray did an excellent job on the installation and we couldn’t be happier with our new water heater. Thank you to Quality First for servicing my area in southern Douglas county. Steve T

This morning after looking at the water stain on the concrete leading back to my water heater, I decided it best to find someone who could take a look at as soon as possible. Having dealt with water heater leaks in the past, this looked like the heater cracked in a spot. Looking at my communities FB page, there were recommendations for Quality First. I’m quite thankful to have contacted them as not only were they able to get a professional to my house today, they were able to do so earlier than anticipated. Ray and Taylor were dispatched to my place and looking over things agreed that the original water heater was leaking and needed replacement. In this day and age, I’m usually prepared for waiting a week or more for parts or hardware but was very delighted that not only did they have a replacement tank available they had everything ready to go in less than an hour. They pulled the old tank, put in a newer smaller one (original was really too big for the house) and had it up and running far quicker than I had hoped for. Overall, I’m quite pleased with their service and timelinesses today. The new heater is working well and I’m quite pleased with the components and materials used to install the heater. We will definitely use them again for service and other work in the future.

Found Quality First on my search to install a whole home humidifier in my house. Moving to CO from the east coast was rough for the very dry air in the house. The first company I contacted just gave me an estimate via email, convenient but I kept searching. Quality first did a free in home estimate. Sam and Dex came to my house and answered a ton of questions I had about the install. They were great and very professional. I scheduled my install for the next week right after they left me with my quote. They always showed up on time and dispatch gave me a heads up when they were on their way. The install took about 2-3 hrs and looks great! The dispatch team, Crystal & Angela, are very responsive. I will stick with them for any thing in the future. It feels good to find a company that takes pride in their work and is reasonably priced nowadays.

Quality first dispatcher provided excellent coordination and communication regarding when the technician would arrive, how the work would be performed. The technician/ plumber Cody was fantastic. Very professional. Very thorough. Provided excellent support for the price. Resolved the issue in a timely manner and I could not be any happier with the service they provided.
