  1. To be honest for me to write a review about a service or company it really has to be really good or really bad. In this case the service was REALLY good. I have used this company for several projects over the course of several years. They are professional, informative, and most importantly they stand by their work. I recently noticed a possible leak in a system that was repaired approximately two years ago. I had them out to service and they found something that was not completely replaced during the work previously. WITHOUT QUESTION OR Hesitation this company sprung into action and repaired what needed to be done. The owner Ken was responsive, and helpful. His team today was outstanding. The last thing I ever expected was an apology for the inconvenience and the fact they were fixing the problem.They stood by their work, fixed the problem, were professional, courteous, timely and quick. I want to thank them for the service they provide and I will definitely use them again. I am posting this on multiple review sites.

  2. Our home had a unique plumbing issue. Reliable Plumbing were the only ones in Northeast Ohio who could figure it out. Now our issue is fixed!!! Thank you so much BRYAN and Ken for not giving up on us and wanting to fix someone else’s issue of installing pipes wrong. Reliable came highly recommended and we are so glad we used them. In our opinion, Reliable is the best around. They care, they listen, they get the job done and they will be the only plumbers I will be using and recommending. I trust them and my family and I are so thankful they were able to help us when no one else could.   3. Ken got back to me really fast when I asked for help through the website. The plumber Justin he sent out the next day was fantastic! Fixed our issues quick and easy with no problems. He trains his employees extremely well and they are very courteous! I will definitely recommend him to anyone who asks!!

  5. 10 years ago Reliable fixed an underground leak and drainage repair on my rental property. Superb service and excellent work, no issues since. Tonight (2-17-23) a Friday night, they replied to a service request after 8 pm within 10 minutes of a message left not only once but twice! Their employees are extra! Offered to come start a BIG job that will likely take 1-2 days tonight! These guys are the absolute best-period!!! Thank you Reliable! Veteran owned !

    They did a fantastic job with the situation we had. They were as accommodating as they could be with everything going on and were very mindful of my roommate’s and my schedule. While we weren’t the ones with the clogged pipe (upstairs tenants putting food down their drains!) they were very kind about going through our space and the basement. They cleaned up after themselves and were incredibly polite and hardworking. I would definitely recommend their services!

    The first guy (Tom) was absolutely AMAZING. He gets 10 stars. He worked very hard. But then his boss (Andrew)came to check his work and look with the camera to see issue. Said they needed to dig the yard 5 feet down for $10,000. I know my daughter already filed a complaint with you and you are mailing my check back for Andrew’s work. My daughter called a different business and they had the city at the house in 15 minutes. City showed them where there was a clean out. The guy had it done in no time and everything is perfect. I truly believe your company rips people off, especially older people! I am so proud my daughter took charge and got my money back. I really do not want Tom to be punished for this. He was so perfect and nice. I would give a zero Star for your business though if it was possible.

    Greg was great! We had a water backup in our shower on our home built in 1939. Greg came out on a Sunday and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He was extremely thorough in his process and explained what he was doing every step of the way. He was able to find creative ways around unique problems presented by an old home to get the job done right. Very satisfied with the experience we had calling Roto-Rooter.

    Jermaine was an excellent service man. Prompt, polite, knowledgeable, clean, and very thorough. While I wish our previous contractor would’ve done what he was supposed to do and didn’t oblige us to get the same thing worked on now a second time, I’m very happy Jermaine identified the issues and took care of them once and for all. Very happy with Roto Rooter & Jermaine and would highly recommend!!

    I had service done on Tuesday, December 27, 2022. I noticed earlier in the morning that my furnace didn’t kick on so I went downstairs in the basement to check it out. Went it kicked on and off I knew there was a problem. I immediately called Raymond Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. I received a call back with a scheduled time slot on the same day. The tech Nick arrived earlier and I was so relieved. He did a diagnostic on the furnace and told me what the issue was and went right to work on the problem and fixed it in a timely matter.     We got 5 other quotes, but chose this business because of the nice, helpful, friendly people besides the competitive price. All who came to our house were so polite. They cleaned up amazingly well for contractors! Arrived on time, got the job done when indicated and followed up to be sure we were satisfied.     On October 24, 2022 a technician from Raymond’s Plumbing came to my house to repair my furnace. He got the furnace to turn back on and said it was working properly. Now on December 19, less than two months later, my furnace is having the same problem it had when the tech initially came. I called Raymond’s Plumbing at 10:00 pm on December 18 because their website says they have 24 hours service. I talked to a gentleman on their answering service, gave him my information, and was told their on call tech would be calling me when he is on his way. It is now 5:21 am on December 20 and I have not received any phone calls and went the entire night without any heat. Very disappointed in by this response from Raymond’s Plumbing.
