Bill and Braden were amazing and made a very difficult situation much better and delivered some not great news about my plumbing in a way that made me feel well informed.   2. This evening we had a plumbing issue that left us without water, within an hour we had a plumber at our door. The plumber, Braden, was awesome. It was a bit of a tricky job thanks to myself not knowing what I was doing, but Braden did an awesome job of sorting us out. He was professional, quick, and very courteous in our home. These guys are great!

  3. We want to say thank you to our fabulous Mr. Rooter plumbers Jake & Darrin. They were professional and went above and beyond to complete a complex job. Jake worked with our local city water department to make sure this complex job could be approached and completed well, despite obstacles that arose in our small rural town. We will use them in the future for our plumbing needs.

  4. I had a broken toilet that I decided to replace with a new one. There were some issues with the installation. Each time being upset when I called the office, the receptionist was very polite, professional, and calmed me down. She asked my schedule and had a plumber on call to meet my schedule. The plumber did some repair work on the installation and after another visit because I observed a leak he found the leak and fixed it to my satisfaction. The plumber who did the final work was very professional and had a very good sense of humor all of which made me feel very comfortable. In all, my experience with this company was positive. If I had any complaints it would be with the expense of installing a new toilet. But I must say they never charged me for any return visit and in all they fix my issues and I am comfortable with the installation of the toilet.

  5. Called Mr. Rooter for a draining problem for my kitchen sink , my technician Braden W. came out and took care of the problem. He was professional and informative. He also had no problem taking a look at a plumbing issue I had in the bathroom. He went above and beyond in his work and to explain to me everything that was going on. I really appreciate it thanks Braden!

    Would not recommend! The tech came within a couple of hours of calling, checked out a few things on our tankless water system, left to get a DC checker, sat in his truck talking on the phone (he said to his boss) for 1-1.5 hours, left to get a part, then called to say it would have to be ordered and would be here in 10 days to 2 weeks. He didn’t even put things back together outside cover was left off in the rain and control panel still disassembled. We have no hot water on a cold Friday afternoon! Then he called back a few minutes later saying his boss said he had to charge us for 3.5 hours – $402.50 and needed to come by and pick it up immediately. He accomplished nothing! We don’t think he knew what he was doing, and we had to pay for it.

    When we reached out to them via their website to inquire about helping us with our kitchen sink they responded within the hour and were at our house later that day. We have had a dripping sink for over 3 years that was gradually getting worse and a previous plumber said he didn’t want to work on because he was afraid he would damage it further. Clayton at Ryberg plumbing worked quickly and kept us informed on what he was doing and what our options were to fix it. We are extremely pleased to no longer have a dripping faucet! He had a great demeanor and they will be our “go to” plumbing company in the future here in Waco. Great work!

    I’ve used Ryberg Plumbing twice, and they will certainly be my “go-to” plumbers now. Their office staff communicate quickly to confirm appointments, return calls, and let you know when the crew is headed your way. The plumbers do a great job, and are so kind and polite. And they actually show up when they say they will – on time! Two thumbs way up!

    5 stars all the way! Yesterday evening we noticed the cleanout valve in our backyard was overflowing and needed immediate assistance. Even though it was late, Ryberg Plumbing came right out! Thank God for their after hours service. I cannot adequately express how pleased we were with the professionalism, courtesy, and promptness that Cody brought to the job. He clearly explained the process at each step, from the diagnostic to the fix. There were no surprises. 10/10, will be using Ryberg for all plumbing-related services in the future!

    We moved to Woodway about 7 months ago and had several plumbing issues with our newly refurbished home. When I called Shelton Plumbing a plumber quickly arrived and worked very hard to find the root of what seemed to be a systemic problem. He was professional and got us up and running for the short term and then the team got a long term solution in place to solve the issue permanently.     I called Shelton plumbing on a Friday right before 5:00pm with huge water leak in my front yard. An yes they came out. It even involved City of Waco Water. But Shelton plumbing did a great job an it was a ordeal. Always do a great job. 👍

    They we’re terrific don’t call anyone else but them I called Lowes Home depot they have contractors that up charge you for labor and cheap water heater and don’t show up I had to give my credit card information front and back to home depot sweet water private company I had to just to get my water on then I called this pluming company they gave me larger and better water heater for half the price home depot was I had to speak to his supervisor to make sure they were on up and up call USAA to watch my acct don’t ever go to home depot but plumber here in Waco was a life saver
