Returned communication early 9.15 and technician arrived 330 pm 9.15 and solution diagnosed 430 pm 9.15. Left message w/ office with questions around 5 pm (closed, which is OK). We needed a whole new outdoor unit. With supply chain issues I was worried and for good reason. But I was called by 740 AM and they confirmed location of the new unit by 805AM and reorganized their work flow. Team arrived by 925 AM. Totally fixed around noon. Given the issues w/ workforce and supply chain common in 2022 it is apparent that this organization has a positive culture their team carries to the field. After about a month the new compressor began leaking due to a rare defect. Danny, their senior technician, worked very hard after hours to install the second compressor for no extra charges. The owner even showed up to apologize for the first defective compressor. We were very impressed to say the least. How many owners of a HVAC firm would do that? Julie, their administrative rep.kept us informed almost daily when the part and technician would arrive. Every employee we spoke with or met was very courteous and professional. Hired this company in 2020 after 3 plumbers evaluated why my spare bathroom toilet was overflowing, which I noticed 1 day after I closed on purchase of home. Unfortunately, previous homeowner did not divulge in closing of previous toilet problems. However, One Call Plumbing evaluated my problem immediately; I didn’t hesitate to hire them since the other two plumbers either didn’t perform the work or misdiagnosed problem. One call responded with knowledge, high-tech instruments, professionalism, and fixed my problem. I had major issue and my in-house slab had to be chiseled to replace a portion of sewer pipe, which had a belly in pipe trapping debris and causing backup. Yes, major problem, but not for One Call Plumbing. I highly recommend this company since first repair was last. Company stands behind their work and aim to please.
Hired them again in 2021 to fix leaky kitchen sink unrelated to previous problem. My remodeling contractor( Danny Haynes)didn’t plumb correctly, which caused my disposal to fall off. One Call Plumbing fixed!
I am having One Call Plumbing come out again to check my water pressure since it appears to be high and could cause future problems, but not company’s fault.
I will always hire this company for my plumbing needs because I know it will be fixed on first time.
Once again, highly recommend.

I once again called One Call Plumbing with a plumbing issue different from my previous call. I asked for Spencer to come because I was so very impressed the first time I needed One Call. They scheduled him to come within an hour, he fixed my two problems, and once again exceeded my expectations.
Another 5 star rating from me.
Spencer was fabulous! He was professional, on time, efficient, polite and knowledgeable. I was pleased with the response I got from my call to One Call. They sent someone quickly, charged a very reasonable fee, and communicated well with me. The whole experience was great!
New to this area, I called One Call Plumbing based on the reviews. Michelle took my call and was very friendly and professional. She explained how they cost out jobs and set an appointment for the next day. She said I would be called around 30 minutes prior to arrival.
Nearly to the minute (next day) Michelle called and told me when to expect the plumbing technician. Michelle, you get 5 stars!
Our technician was Doug and nobody could have been more cheerful the whole time he was here. He ran into issues (older house) and explained how he could fix things and gave me an updated estimate on total cost. He wore his shoe booties inside the house and cleaned up nicely when he was done, hauling away all our junked fixtures. Honestly Doug – you were terrific and we thank you. Doug gets 5 stars as well!
What can I say? On time, friendly and personable and from what I could tell – professional work done IF I need plumbing work done in the future – I’ll only be calling One Call. P.S. I DID call another highly rated plumbing company initially – they never called me back.

One call was all that was needed to have a plumber at my house within two hours!
Kevin was knowledgeable and professional and determined our problem quickly. We needed to have our water heater replaced. He explained the problem,, with pictures,, he discussed the price , and said he could complete the job the same day. We agreed and he proceeded to do just that!

Oh,, and he wanted our dog, Mabel, but we had to say no..😂
Also thank you to the office who emailed a copy of the bill, and numerous pictures of the work that was done.

Chris #28. Where do I start? The most thorough articulate person I have ever met. He spent three hours on my pipes and walked me through everything. He was efficient and hard working. I have been around the block and have own many homes. I have never encountered such an amazing patient person. He knew I was stressed and and through his amazing knowledge “ walked me off the cliff”. He was extremely fair in price and just a great human being. I am a lucky person. I would highly recommend him!
