I have gone with Oak Plumbing several times – we had a constant tub leak at my house connected to a dreadful old bathtub that had no access panel. We were wasting gallons of water everyday and our water bill was up by a hundred dollars per month at least. After speaking to other plumbers we decided that we would just have to live with it because the fix would have been too expensive – I can’t remember how it was that we finally called Oak Plumbing, but they offered us the first reasonable price and fixed everything beautifully, even working up an access panel for our plumbing so that we wouldn’t have to call a special contractor. We’ve used them for any and all issues since then, and I never want to use anybody else. The honesty, professionalism, and efficiency is unmatched.
from the very beginning of getting in contact with the dispatcher Amy the company and also Amy’s customer service skills shined bright. I informed Amy that I had a plumbing emergency and was also in a bit of a time crunch she thoroughly explained the everything and got a technician out to my home quickly. now from the minute there technician Jovan made contact with me at my home and throughout the process of resolving my plumbing issues his professionalism was quite evident. after telling him everything i was experience with my plumbing he did some investigating and then walked me through what he discovered and what my options were in order to remedy the issue. throughout the whole experience I felt great and totally aware of my options and comfortable. I would strongly recommend oak plumbing to anyone needing any pluming service needs.
Thank you Travis! Travis was very professional and on time. We had a water leak in our shower and the cartridge replacement was discontinued so he had to open up a wall to get to the valve. He was able to fix/replace our shower valve in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend Travis from Oak plumbing.
Travis was with his apprentice Tyrece and he was very friendly and helpful which made the job a lot quicker. Thank you both again!!
Travis Ballard from Oak Plumbing did an outstanding job at finding the leak coming from our dishwasher. He listened very well to the info we gave him, and was very thorough in considering all the factors of our leak situation. He used his expertise to accurately determine the problem and also answer all the questions we had fully and respectfully. We will definitely call Travis from Oak Plumbing again if we ever have any plumbing problems whatsoever!
Johnny Morgan was my service person. He was very through, explaining what the possible solutions to my problems were and what the various costs could be. He was also very patient with my curious grandson. He completed the job in a timely manner and with minimum cost to me! I would highly recommend this company!
