  1. I had purchased a water softener unit. The company has since went out of business. Called Hillard’s to come make sure it’s still working properly.

    They were able to come same day which was awesome. The tech was super friendly.

    My issue was he did not know my machine. Did a water hardness test to check if it was working correctly and it wasn’t. He recommended that I add salt to the system (salt was extremely low) and wait 2 weeks. Call back if needed. Oh…and he set the time on the system. Changed $75 house call and nothing was done. Did not check for kinked hoses, clogged pipes or anything like that.

    Update: Added more salt to system as advised. And system seems to be working better already. I wish I had tried that before calling. They deserve 5 stars!

  2. Amazing organization. Mr. Hiller I being a plant manager. Of an extremely large and complex process understand how important people and professionalism is to an organization success. You should be extremely proud this holiday season of the culture you have set in your organization. From the person that answers the phone to the technician on site. I have always had a good experience with your company. I did not believe it could get better but today it did. Mr. Ben Kelly was the best I’ve seen. Professional yet friendly he was exact in his diagnosis and repair. Miss Katie that assisted me on the phone wonderful.Simply great experience.

They were polite and knowledgeable, efficient and reasonably priced. I very highly recommend them and the Hiller company!!

    Call them First! Fantastic Customer Service! Josh P. the technician was first sent out to determine the issue with my unit. He was very friendly, happy, professional, knowledgeable, nice to my dog and my dog liked him, (that’s a good sign that he’s a good person!) He was also clear on my options. Basically, order a part and wait for it knowing that the unit could fail another way since it had reached its age limit or get a new one. He went above and beyond getting The Comfort Advisor on the phone to be at my home bright and early the next day! As promised Dennis aka C.A. arrived on time bright and early. He is such a nice, friendly guy! Again, my dog took to him as well. Dennis discussed the pros and cons of the units. He didn’t pressure me at all to buy the most expensive and allowed me the opportunity to ask whatever questions I had especially since the last time I even talked about this was in 2009. I made my decision to get a new one installed now. I thanked God that it happened when it did and not in the freezing cold or when the price increase happens everywhere next year when units shoot up 15%~20% or more with every company. Roscoe Brown unfortunately has no control over that. Dennis went above and beyond too! He got me on the schedule first thing and let me just say Sean and Edgar the two technicians that did the install were amazing! My Chip did bark some with the pounding and noise but he liked these two;) Seriously, they worked hard and all day! No lunch even! Thankfully, it wasn’t raining just wet. They were nice, funny, personable, dedicated, and just awesome guys! I was and am seriously impressed with their ability to do what they do! They got skills! That is a trade that that will always be needed and I am very thankful for them pursuing it and doing so well! As they finished Terry from Roscoe Brown came by to take a look and was pleased as well. Call Roscoe Brown for all your heating and cooling needs;) From the CSR who called to let me know that my technician was on his was to Josh, Dennis, Sean, Edgar, and Terry,(who loves Country, lol!)     We have been very fortunate to have Bradley M. come to the house to service our multiple air units. He was very informative and helped me label my power box so I know later when I’m by myself, which one goes to what. He also went up into a attic crawl space that hasn’t been serviced in a while due to shelving in the closet of our new home. It was nice to know the condition of the upstairs unit, it was as bad as we thought. Time to replace, he gave us our options with no pressure, but we decided it was better to get a new unit for upstairs. It was time. He is very friendly and enjoyable to work with. I appreciated all his knowledge. He explained anything I was curious about in general about how the air units works and if I wasn’t sure about something he was willing to explain so I did. Roscoe Brown is very lucky to have him on their team. As hot as it is, got to have air, so give them a call to keep your units in check. Ask for Bradley as well. You’ll see what I mean in my review.. We had our A/C put in by Chris Keller and his assistant David Smith. Very friendly fellows. They were on time and ready to go. They didn’t waste any time putting in my air unit. Unfortunately for them the one part of the unit was in a tiny spot in the ceiling of our closet and so hot up there. Never heard Chris complain once. He was very clean worker, picked up after he was done. He made sure everything was good to go when he was done hooking it all up and went over the thermostat they put in which now I can control with my phone. It was 87 up in the room where the repair was and hotter in the attic where he had to replace it. David Smith hustled down the stairs with the old unit and out the door to not get anything on the carpet and he helped out the thermostat on the wall for us. Throughout the day going to get things for Chris to keep it moving along. We are very happy to have our air upstairs now for our guests. We were very lucky to get this done in a day. I know they had a lot of clients this week, but they fit us in as they said they would.

    Roscoe Brown We haven’t had the best of luck with our 2020 Carrier AC / heating unit but Roscoe Brown does provide a good customer service. Our heat went out again last night for a 3 time in 3 years. I called at 7:30 and by 8:30 Josh G was at our house to help. He was very supportive and fixed the faulty wire quickly. He was very polite and efficient at his job. As of 8:50am we had heat again. Thank you Josh G and Roscoe Brown for the great service! They also replace our water heater this year in a timely manner. I would recommend using Roscoe Brown for your home plumbing, AC, and heating! Hopefully you will get Josh G as your technician!

    I’ve used Roscoe Brown for years, both at my rental property and my own home. I find them professional and very honest – they’ve never tried to up-sell me. In this case, the upstairs AC unit had to be replaced. It was a tough job because the blower system is in the attic. Shawn and Chris did a great job, with no damage to anything in my house. They stuck to it until they were satisfied the job was complete, and performed the job with good humor and efficiency.

    Jack came out for our fall check up yesterday and he was great! He took time checking both of our units, cleaning and making sure they were running properly. We had one minor issue with a new unit that he advised us of. Jack was friendly and took very good care of our home while he was checking out the thermostats and upstairs unit. Josh G. came out today and installed the ignitor switch that Jack had mentioned to us might be an issue. Josh was great as well! He was friendly and careful of our home and he also helped sign us up to add plumbing as part of our Roscoe Brown maintenance contract. Both Jack and Josh were excellent representatives of Roscoe Brown and should be commended on how well they treat Roscoe Brown’s customers!

    Showed up on time. Did the job and was careful not mess up my floors with muddy feet. Courteous and respectful of me while I was on conference calls working at home. The technician found only one problem which was fixed quickly and for a reasonable price. He did have some recommendations that seemed like sales opportunities, but they were realistic and not a hard sell

    Had them out to do a refrigerator repair. The tech was understanding when I realized the quoted price for repair was more than a replacement fridge would be. He was VERY nice and professional. I asked him to provide measurements for the opening so I could find another replacement. He was about to leave but went back in and provided the info graciously. I can easily recommend Lee Company!

    We had the plumber Russell come by to repair a broken toilet flange. He was on time, courteous and professional. He had the repair made and cleaned up in no time and before he left our home he said he better check out the one he the hall bathroom. We highly recommend Russell and The Lee Company
