The office staff is very friendly. The place is clean, wait time isn’t long. Dr. Desiree is PHENOMENAL, I left feeling refreshed every time after a visit. She is very professional, helpful, she listened, and provides excellent adjustments. However only limited to those come after 6. I have come here on two occasions where the office was completely closed during open hours. Additionally now I was turned away at 6:43, there was two patients, one was being seen and the other in the waiting room. The office was familiar with my current issues, the travel it takes me since I’m not local, along with my near future move. Yet I was told they were completely booked. I waited and timed the patient who’d been pulled back when I approached and it took 7 minutes in total. The last patient left at 6:55, sad to say it but that is bad business and I won’t be back. I currently debate my membership cancellation, I have had chiropractic services where minimal to no adjustments were carried out, other adjustments that left me hurting and now multiple office closures during open hours. I did not know what to expect with this being my first time seeing a chiropractor. I was referred by a friend and I’m very impressed so far. Not only do I have a membership, but visiting Tuff Spine is now apart of my weekly routine. Dr. Lewis is skilled, detailed, comforting, professional, and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is such a vibe…clean and therapeutic. The chair is amazing too! Each visit is extremely refreshing and the experience itself is very soothing. I would NOT go to any other practice. They are the BEST. I started with Doctor Larry and Doctor Noel over 20 years ago. They kept me from having neck and back surgery from a car accident in 2002.
There son Doctor Brad is in the practice now. I tell them all the time ” I have to come see my Doctor Brad!!”
If your back or neck has went- out you know how excruciating that can be. Come let them help you get moving again.
LOVE THIS PLACE. I’ve been going here for years! I am 33 weeks pregnant and have had bad back pain. Dr Brad has helped me so much along the way. Highly recommend!! Pregnant or not-they are the best!!!!
This is the best chiropractic experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Brad is the absolute best. He’s so knowledgeable and attentive to every single one of his patients. He takes the time to make sure you are genuinely doing well. Superb in all aspects!!!!
It was a very positive experience. Dr. Steinle and her staff were punctual, professional and caring. This was my first visit to a chiropractor. I didn’t know what to expect, but Dr. Steinle was good to explain what they would do and why. I was very comfortable. They went out of their way to accommodate my schedule and time frame.
Dr. Noel is awesome!! I’ve always received the best care from her. I feel better after my visits with her. Dr. Noel lets me be involved in my care by determining how many visits I need per how I am feeling. I highly value her opinions and appreciate and depend on her medical advice.
