First impression of Dalton was that he is a super outgoing and friendly guy. He is very professional and thorough when reviewing my intake forms and asked a lot of great questions. He is up for the challenge on helping with issues I haven’t been able to find treatment for elsewhere and I really appreciate his enthusiasm! He is very knowledgeable and provides a lot of education as well. He offers dry needling and this is my main reason for being referred to him as my past chiropractors have not offered this. Day one he did dry needling to my shoulders/neck along with a back adjustment and I have so much tension relief already! Really looking forward to further treatments with Dalton and hopefully getting control of my chronic shoulder and back pain. Love the fact you can easily book an appt on his website and that he accepts my insurance.Thanks so much for a first great treatment Dalton! Yea Amazing place! Dr. Dalton is awesome at what he does, not only will he have you moving like a pro, he is genuinely passionate and real about his customers and what he do! I’m speaking from experience when I had a dr crack my neck with no warning, that was not okay to me. Even with the guard up on my body Dr. Dalton worked with me and got me right! Dalton made sure to address my concerns and create a very organized plan for our sessions. Dalton provided resources to continue exercises at home in between sessions. I was very impressed with his ability to focus on my concerns and keep track of my progress. My initial issues were greatly resolved within a few sessions. I am so grateful I was given a recommendation to the Omaha Wellness Center by a friend. I had a reoccurrence of a problem that was resolved by a previous chiropractor many years ago and wasn’t sure where I should go. Then I met the wonderful people at the Wellness Center. I’ve been nothing but impressed by my experience so far. Dr G did an assessment which he explained to me in terms I could not only understand but could see on the x-rays he’d taken. He knowledgeably, and again in understandable terms, the work that needed to be done. Making sure I understood my treatment wasn’t going to be an overnight correction because it wasn’t going to be. I’m very comfortable with the plan he came up with and look forward to us fixing my problems. He also took the time to go over the financial aspects that have left me confident that should there be any problems there we could work them out.
I just can’t say enough good things about this practice, Dr G and Trinity, who keeps things running like a clock. She truly is an asset and a big reason why things run as smoothly as they do. She always reminds me of my appointments, which I definitely need. She also works with me and my crazy schedule.
I appreciate all of the kindness and respect I’m given. So yes, I got very lucky when I walked through their front door.

I am currenting expecting my 2nd child at the age of 32. As soon as we found out we were expecting within just a few weeks after that I started getting these headaches. Not just your normal headache here and there, I was getting them every single day and they stuck around all day long, I was miserable day in/day out. (Just an fyi, before being pregnant, I didn’t suffer with constant headaches) So of course I consult with ob/gyn we try different treatments, different medications, nothing helped. The last thing my ob/gyn said “there’s nothing else we can do or try” and “maybe look into seeing a neurologist” they suggested to get a massage or try a chiropractor. I decided to look into chiropractors and do some research, I have never before been to one, so I was anxious and didn’t know where to begin. I came across Omaha Wellness, they had great reviews and they were located close to my job. My first encounter and consultation with Dr. Goss and with his assistant Trinity/Hilary was nothing but informative and great! Plus the treatment plan we came up has worked wonders! NO MORE HEADACHES! If I remember correctly it took us about a week, tops 2 weeks within starting treatment to keep the headaches away completely and I am so HAPPY AND GRATEFUL for the work and dedication Dr. Goss and his assistants have done to help me in this journey! This office oozes a happy, energetic, and professional culture! I had my first visit at 6:45am this morning and within 5 mins I could tell they were fantastic. I’m looking forward to continuing my journey with them. Here are some things I loved:
– Every person (staff and doctors) greeted me, and one another.
– Everyone had a smile – at 6:45am! And many were participating in Hawaiian shirt Wed, but it didn’t feel forced.
– They were quick with the intake. I was in and out within 45 mins, and there was very little wait between consultation and x-rays. It helped that I filled out my profile online prior to my visit, and I love that they offer that.
– I attribute the speediness to the fact that doctors were aiding the staff. This was great to see. One doctor checked me in, I heard staff ask doctors to take patients to exam rooms, they have seating areas to serve as queues so they know who needs to go where, next. This office is a TEAM.
There was solid communication between all of them, and with me. Sometimes medical offices feel stuffy and pretentious – nurses and staff take care of the bulk and you see a rushed doctor for 5-10 mins before being charged an arm and a leg. I don’t work there, but I feel like Koca broke the barrier of who does what – they simply hold one another accountable, and everyone is there to help the patients in a timely manner.
– I’ve been told that the doctors get together each evening to collaborate on a plan for the new patients they saw that morning. They COLLABORATE!
– Lastly, they are open from 6am-6pm and on Sat. So if you work an 8-5 you don’t have to stress, there will be times. I made my appointment online 2 days prior.
I go back on Saturday for my follow-up and where to head next. I’m actually looking forward to going back to a doctor’s office!
Couldn’t be happier to have my care with this team of amazing doctors and staff! I would recommend them to anyone! They treat you like family from the moment you get in the door and they truly care about helping you! Can’t say enough about this place!
I can’t say enough great things about Koca Chiropractic. Professional and experienced, knowledgeable staff. Fantastic hours so I don’t have to take off from work to go to an appointment. Able to fit me in if need be also. Dr. Koca even saw me on a Sunday when he found out I was in dire need of an adjustment. As someone who suffers from lots of back and neck issues, my quality of life has improved greatly since I’ve been treated here. Best place EVER!

They are Friendly -Affordable – Family oriented-Dog lovers – I come and I am greeted with Joy – happiness- laughter -smiles- they want to help you feel better-when I leave it’s the same ! From the moment I walked into the office, I knew I was in good care. The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. I had scans done and description of what to expect. I just finished my first visit appointment with Dr Koca. We went over my scans and in language I could understand he told me what the plan of treatment was going to be. That he could help me get back to living and not just that, but loving life.Dr.Matt was awesome!!! this group came highly recommended, and I can see why. They really, Really care!!
