a month agoTEN OUT OF TEN!!!! I’ve never been to this establishment before but trust I will come back! The drive thru was so fast! I got to the speaker to order and the woman was so nice and repeated my order back to me. Then I got up to the window and the woman (who I’m assuming was the same one who took my order) handed me my drink and was like “Hey how are you?” and it sounded like she genuinely wanted to know! Not like those other fast food places who have to say it because it’s part of the script. She then told me that they don’t have any more legs but they have thighs and I’m like “that’s alright I’ll take a thigh”. Then I got my food and she said “have a good day baby2 months agoEvery time I visit the drive thru. The staff is so very nice. I always let them know. How great they are. Please continue being awesome! I am always on my way to my 2nd job. I get food for my clients. I surprise a husband & wife with a good dinner. Something different every Thursday. They loved their pot pies I purchased for them.2 months agoSlow slow slow, so much for ordering ahead. I have been to this KFC three times and every time the wait is ridiculous. Been in the drive thru for 10 minutes. 1 car has ordered and I am still three cars back from the order kiosk. Took 25 minutes to get through the drive thru. Was supposed to pick up my food at 6:49 got my food at 7:15.2 months agoI came tonight after a 15hr work shift and bought a 12 piece meal. I asked for the crispy chicken but was given regular which of course we didnt know until we got all the way back home… and it was soooooo dry and tough to eat that we had to throw most of it away. The sides were good is the only reason for the 2 stars. Jus makes me mad for the amount it cost that the main part of the meal wasn’t made how we asked and was pretty much inedible! Won’t come to this location again!a month agoSo, at 11:30am on a Sunday I pulled up to the drive thru order station and I am greeted by a friendly voice telling me to go ahead with mt order when I am ready. I let them know my order and waited for them to either repeat it back to me or to give me an amount owed. Nothing. I talked to the air a few more times then decided to just pull around to the window. Here there is a note written on a piece of copy paper that says they will be opening later. That’s it, nothing else. So. I drive to the one on 132nd and Maple, which the website listed as open. Not only was it not open but the entire building had all signage removed and a fresh coat of bright white paint. Now my options were all several miles away, I went to Taco Bell.

2 months agoWorst restaurant in the US. I get better service at gas stations. Today I went through their drive thru and sat there for 10 minutes before anyone said anything through the speaker. 3 cars pulled up behind me during this time. So I pull up to the window because I thought maybe they’re closed today. No…the woman at the window tells me that they’re only seeing one customer at a time and she can’t take orders at the window, basically saying I’ll have to go to the back of the line since I couldn’t wait another 10 minutes. I don’t see how this place is still open. Honestly, I hate KFC. I have not eaten it in years and I only go every time my wife wants something from this place. Every single time I’ve been here in the last ten years has been an awful experience. I hope it gets shut down one day.a month agoI sat in drive thru for 7 minutes trying to order. I spoke my order 3 times and nobody acknowledged me. I was sitting literally 12 inches from the srive thru speaker. Frustrated, I finally pulled forward to the window. The female employee with pink braids opened the window and I asked if there was something wrong with the speaker. After explaining the situation, the employee said nothing was wrong with the speaker and them said that I probably wasn’t close enough to the speaker. So instead of providing good customer service, and apologizing, she put the blame on me. If I had been any closer, my outside mirror would have hit the speaker. I said forget it, I’ll spend my money elsewhere!a month agoService is awful. The staff seems intentionally rude. The wait was long, but they have you “pull around” to meet their numbers. Chicken was cold and dry. The whole place looks like a nasty gas station bathroom.Go elsewhere or stay hungry. This place should be avoided at all costs.
2 weeks agoLady in the drive through was very rude my grandma told her at first she was still trying to decide what she wanted and once we started ordering she had a complete attitude. My boyfriend wanted a rootbeer and she rudly said we don’t have that.. then my grandma asked if they had greenbeans and she said nope but we have corn. They are telling certain people to go inside then some other lady went to go in and they told her she had to go through the drive thru… won’t be coming back to this one…4 months agoIkyfl! Where the rest of my fries bro? And my man plate was even worse on the fries lol like daamn over 20 bucks for that… never again

Got a macaroni bowl and there was more oil in it than anything it was only a third of the way full and too much seasoning nasty I couldn’t eat it and there wasn’t even anyone in the drive thru they don’t know how to cook there …there was like 3 macaroni noodles in there wow and it’s supposed to be a macaroni bowl so sad
Be so for real… the large fry is $5 and this is all I got. it took 20 min to get through 3 people in the drive through
I have yet to go to this location and get the correct order. I’m just going to stop going at this point. This is so disappointing. They ruin dinner every time. Not only is every meal wrong, the food is also bad 😭 Like what is this biscuit?
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I’ve ordered online to this place a few times and always get wrong items on top of having to pay extra for sauce that I never get. Never ordering here again.
I ordered 2 orders of the hot n spicy wings . Instead of keeping fresh chicken in place they hold it to dump on an unsuspecting customer like me. This has happened twice now but will not be played again. The chicken served through drive through is always old and looks like it’s been sitting for hours . The breading is 10 times the thickness it should be . Absolutely disgusting and a waste of $20 each of the two times I have came through drive through
