I went in with shoulder and neck pain, and the Dr. I saw helped me feel better. The front desk lady was also very friendly. It did not totally get rid of the soreness, but it definitely helped. I signed up for a “wellness plan” so that I could get more visits since adjustments help over a longer period of time. It is relatively cheap compared to other chiropractors in Tulsa. My first visit was super easy, from the moment I walked in the door until I left everyone was nice and accommodating. Dr Alejandro and the receptionist were happy to answer my questions and walk me through the process. Today was my second visit, and again I received great service! I love that I walk in the door, scan my card, and am able to sit down for a few minutes instead of waiting in a line.

Inside Out has the nicest staff, most wonderful doctors and the help they’ve given me over the last year is amazing. I’ve made so much progress with my neck; I have some degenerated discs and it was so painful over the last 20+ years. I am no longer experiencing pain in that area hardly ever and this was something that would cause headaches and an overall feeling of pressure in my throat most all of the time. To keep myself as healthy as I can, I watch my diet, water intake, get plenty of sleep, exercise, do yoga, meditation and work on stress reduction and emotional self-regulation. Chiropractic care helps add a piece to my overall wellness and I truly don’t know how I’d feel without it. Love this place it’s great! I started last Monday I was desperate I woke up for work Monday morning & I could barely walk. I thought I was going to have to call into work for Tuesday. My friend recommended me their I left work early Monday & met with the doctors their. They assessed my situation & performed an adjustment I was in & out within 20 minutes. These people literally saved me from anymore pain this week & prevented me from missing any work at all. When you go in for a normal visit you don’t have to schedule an appointment. They give you a scan card that checks you in up front & you sit & wait for the doctors to see you. Typically you are in & out within 10 minutes. This is life changing because I am busy with work & life & this makes it so convenient for people that are on the go! Definitely give these people a shot because they are totally worth it!!! Been to several of “The Joint” locations and this one by far has been the best adjustment I’ve gotten. Not that the others were sub-par but I left this one feeling taller!!!!
I have been coming to The Joint for a few months now and I will say that it has helped me alot. I have very high anxiety and scared to pop my neck and they have been wonderful. We are doing baby steps until I’m comfortable doing it. The prices are amazing. Most places are $40 and up per visit. This place has a monthly which is so affordable. I highly recommend The Joint.
As someone who has used Chiropractic therapy over the years and even to help get myself off pain medications I would definitely recommend the services they offer here. It’s very affordable with their monthly subscriptions and the doctors are always very friendly and usually very helpful. You don’t always get the same doctor when you visit unless you ask so I have experienced a few different doctors at this point and most of them do very well. A few of them I wish would be maybe a little more harsh but that’s just my personal preference. The office is always very clean and the staff is always very friendly. If you’re looking to start Chiropractic Care I think this can be a great place to check out especially if you’re looking to add multiple people or have multiple visits per month. I was impressed that although they don’t always do x-rays they do have x-rays available just in case. Awesome care at this Clinic.
Professional, organized and delightful! From one business owner/manager to another, this place was incredible to work with, truly. We were hired to install window film and we will be going back as patients simply because of what we observed while there and also our own business interactions with them. Jordan was a pleasure to work with, my husband and I were both incredibly impressed and even took some notes on how they run things and interacted with patients. It’s refreshing to find businesses like this!!
