2 months agoOk, online at 71st and Memorial in Tulsa the 8piece bucket was $21.99+ 2 lg side’s and 4 biscuits. Well in store shows that for $27.99, when I mentioned it to the lady, another one came up behind her and said “that’s online orders oh well.” I asked for half original and half crispy. Only had dark meat crispy and it would be another 20 minutes. No just what ever you can do is fine, she offered us complimentary drinks…. We placed the order and paid $43. and change. My daughter goes to get a soda and bugs come out of the spout, the lady says “sorry, yes we know about it, we put in a work order ” why the hell would you not put an out of order sign and why the hell would you offer complimentary drinks. I can’t believe they think it’s okay to do that! Yes I called the corporate office, yes I filed a complaint and yes I asked for the health department to be gotten in touch with. Yes I will call that office tomorrow! The picture is posted to.4 months agoJust ordered a bucket of 8 pc fried chicken and this is what I got, nothing like the picture, it seem to been fried for more than 2hr, got the original crispy and it was all saggy, NOT CRISPY at all8 months agoThe chicken pot pie is the best menu item. I don’t do fried food anymore so the fact that they have this is a life saver. There is a LOT of chicken stuffed in this pie, almost too much! The puff pastry top is so buttery, flaky, and delicious and I’m glad they offer low calorie drinks other than soda. If you’re ever on the go but you want something that’s not fried yet still fast, this is the best item.3 weeks agoVery disappointing. 1230 on Sunday afternoon and we stop to try the new $20 fill up box. The girl said no chicken was ready it will be a 15 minute wait. I said I’d wait because I really wanted kfc. After pulling up and waiting along with 2 more cars they bring our food. Yay!!! No there isn’t 1 dipping sauce for the nuggets. Biscuits were ice cold and hard. Chicken was good that’s why they got 2 stars. FAIL on everything else2 years agoFood was good, no complaints there. I just don’t understand why I was here two days ago and 3 gentleman came in, ordered a cup of water no problem. I come in again today ordered food, and wanted just a cup of water but was told they couldn’t do that, and that my only option was to buy an aquafina for $1.69. All the while another employee behind the counter drinking a cup of water out a clear water cup.

2 months agoPlaced order and was asked to pull out front and wait, had to go in to get our food after waiting for about 20 minutes. There was more than 8 people in the kitchen and our food was being swung around by a guy behind the counter while he was hanging out with the drive through guy. Bad overall experiencea month agoDrive thru 9/11/23 8:30pm, ordered 2 chicken sandwiches no pickles, they told me 8 min wait on filets, when i said thats fine she audibly through the mic let out a sigh. mind you, this is an hour and a half before close, got my food and went home, had pickles on it and they didnt even bother to cook filets, they just threw a couple old chicken tenders on a bun, definitely not going backa week agoCharged for a 5 piece chicken tender and got a 3 piece, and wouldn’t fix my ordera month agoReally bad service I made my order the park me never brought the food I when inside and that lady she said she forgot my order2 months agoTheir nuggets are always fresh and hot. No chicken breast?? This is like the 3rd time I’ve came here with no chicken breast!! So instead I got a chicken patty from the chicken sandwich no bread and it’s been in the warmer it seems all day!! Cole slaw is like soup!! The cashier was exceptional!! That’s a huge plus!! Very sweet girl! But the over all experience with the food was terrible!!
The staff was friendly, but they’re really young. The restaurant wasn’t very clean and there isn’t a public restroom which was odd. Also, it’s super small so there are only a few tables.
As always…fresh, hot and friendly drive through cashiers.
When you pull up to the window the girl takes awhile to put in a simple order, then you pull up to the window and she acts like you are bothering her by going to get food. I’ve been trying to call since I left and the phone just rings.
I ordered and paid for my food on-line. It said the food would be ready at 6:25, I showed up at exactly 6:25 and they asked me to park and wait as they had to make more chicken. I did this and after 25 minutes, I went inside, there were no customers and the employees just messing around inside. I asked them where my food was and they acted like they had no idea. My food was sitting under a warming light – with my coleslaw getting warm! When I got the food home and the chicken was almost burnt! This was so disappointing.
