  2. Technician was very polite and professional with my repair. Kid flushed many toys down 2 toilets, had previously removed both to try and fix but to no luck. Had another company cancel there appointment with me, called Roto Rooter and had technician same day on night call. Price was very fair, 300 dollars to have 2 toilets removed and cleaned out. Would highly recommend.

Each time the appointment was easy to schedule, the technician (Matt) was prompt, professional and took the time to really diagnose the issue. I would highly recommend this company to others, and if I ever have a plumbing or drain issue in the future, I know who I am calling. Great service!

  4. Great customer service! Had a problem with a water leak and they came out the same day to fix it. The plumber who fixed my issue was great, thorough, and really took the time to explain what had happened and how to prevent it in the future. As a first time homeowner, he provided a plumbing inspection and gave great advice as to what he thought my problem areas might be in the future. I’ll definitely be using this service again.

  5. After a “do it yourself” fail, I called Roto-rooter to come fix a faucet. Not only did they get someone out same day the technician (Brandon) went above and beyond. He was super professional and extremely nice to work with. I would highly recommend him and will be asking for him specifically in the future!

    Have used Miracle several times always a good job. I referred Miracle to a couple when their well went out. Miracle Installed a new water service and now they have N. Canton Water. I trusted Miracle to not take advantage of them and be honest and respectful. Ederly couple so leaving review for them. They tell me how happy they are and impressed with the job Miracle did.     Old furnace died during a fierce cold snap. They were able to get serviceman, then a knowledgable salesman here within a couple of hours when no other company was even answering phone. I believe I got a great deal on a new furnace. AND it was installed within four days. MIRACLE, for certain. I have a new go-to plumbing/heating company.

    This review is overdue. We used Miracle in October of last year, 2022. We got really lucky and was able to get Donnie from Miracle out on a Sunday afternoon. We needed our main drain hydrojetted because it was backing up into our basement. Donnie came out and was very professional. He cleared the drain in no time. It was also very affordable considering it was a Sunday. I highly recommend them.

    When they couldn’t clear a clog in our sewer line the first try, they sent out two more guys the next day to finish the job and didn’t charge me for the additional visit. Reliable and professional. Will definitely call them again. Thanks!

    My experience with FlowPros was positive from start to finish. Making my appointment was quick, easy, and within a reasonable time frame. The individual I spoke with on the phone was professional and made me feel like my problem mattered. The day of my appointment there was a schedule change for the gentleman scheduled to come out and I received a phone call well before the appointment time to let me know. When he was preparing to come over, I received another phone from the gentleman with an ETA and he arrived within that time frame. While working at the house, he was interested in the issue, listened at length to the details, and explained our options in an understandable way. He began working upon our agreement of his suggestions and he moved rapidly through the process he had outlined. Once he had determined we needed to take further steps he explained what was needed and answered our questions. At this point he explained that he needed to leave to attend to another assignment, so we then waited for about 2 hours for him to return. He came back with a co-worker and the 2 set to work immediately. Unfortunately, the problem was identified to be one that needed digging so ultimately we were charged as explained for the work that had been done and I received an estimate via email for the work they proposed within a few hours of them finishing. The estimate was as they had suggested it would be and we intend to have them complete the work soon. Overall, I highly recommend FlowPros and am glad I found them. 5 ⭐ UPDATE: The team finished the work to repair the outdoor drain pipe and we are very satisfied with the work that was done, the team that did the work, the price of the job, and the excellent communication and coordination we experienced overall while seeing this accomplished. They finished on time, on budget, and completely professionally. There is no other company we will use in the future for all of our plumbing/drain/water work.10⭐

    I called FlowPros at 4:00 PM and explained the issue. When we flushed our upstairs toilet sewage came back out of our downstairs toilet. Not something we wanted to deal with! Thomas came out the next morning by 9:30 am. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and got the job done today. He cleaned out our main sewer line. Within an hour of his arrival he had the job completed. During that time, I also asked about having a gas line run to our kitchen for a gas stove. Thomas took the time to look at what that project would entail and promised an estimate soon. I appreciated that he took a look while he was here saving us another phone call and him another trip. He was very cautious about keeping his work area clean, which I appreciated. He also explained everything he was doing, why he thought we had the issue, and how we can prevent it from happening again. We will definitely use Flowpros for any future plumbing needs.

    Great price, very reliable and knowledgeable, had everything done start to finish packed up and gone in less than a few hours. Would recommend them to anyone for any sewer work needed to get done. Flowpros was the only of three companies that didn’t try to high bid and didn’t push me to have more work done than what was needed.

    Very professional from start to finish. Quick response time, up front with options, affordable, and overall great service. Our water heater was leaking and I called on a Friday. Saturday a gentleman was out to assess and let us know the issue. By Tuesday afternoon we had a brand new heater installed.
