  2. These guys men and woman are great. We needed a new furnace a week before thanksgiving. No one else could get us in before 12/12. They got our furnace in for the best price possible. My husband who really needed to be with his family is able to spend Thanksgiving with the whole family warm and sage and happy.

  3. Mitch was EXCELLENT! Knowledgeable, friendly, gave good advice, fair on price. Would ask for him next time. Was honest about more work we need done in the near future. Solved our clogged drain problem and replaced pipes. Would highly recommend TMI!

  4. Your crew got here pretty fast considering the bad weather. They went right to work and fixed my 5 water leaks from the frigid storm. They were very kind and very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. I was sure glad to get my water turned back on. They were worth every dollar I was charged. I would hire this company again in the future.

  5. Josh was super helpful and friendly. He happily did our repair even when it turned out to be a little more work than originally expected. He also left us with good information. We were considering not renewing the next time we are up for renewal but after this experience I am thinking we probably will go ahead and renew!

    Plumbing issues are never something anyone wants to deal with, but Shane made this process so much easier than it could have been. He was polite, kind, helpful and so friendly. He checked with us before everything he did, he was careful in our home and made sure we were OK with what ever he was needing to do. Once he detected the issue he was quick about getting it repaired and cleaned up once he was all done. We highly recommend Shane and this company. I hope we won’t be having issues again anytime soon but if we do we know who to call.

    Kirsten called half hour prior to her arrival. very professional, courteous and exact with her arrival time. When she arrived she went through procedures of detecting and fixing the problem. Very polite and well spoken while doing so. Once problem was detected, she did a courteous job of explaining why the problem happened, not just that it was a problem and explained it in general terms. I personally know very little about plumbing, found it nice that it was explained in terms that I could understand. Once I agreed upon the repairs, Kirsten was quick to call for supplies and begin the project. The repair were done in a timely manner and at price quoted. I was very happy with the procedure.

    We had two representatives visit us this morning, both good experiences. The first was Jeff to do our heating unit maintenance check. He called ahead and was on the minute in arriving. He was most cordial and proceeded to do the job in a very efficient and thorough manner. Jeff advised me about a question concerning my humidifier connected to the furnace, and a question I had about covering the A/C unit. Most informative and appreciated. We were very pleased with his work and attitude. I am sure he is a valuable member of your team. As Jeff was giving his report to us, Shane arrived or his plumbing projects. Shane called before coming and was right on time. We went over a rather long and varied list of bath (4) and kitchen maintenance and replacement items. He provided us with a complete price for the list of work requested and, with our okay, proceeded to do his work in a very efficient and clean manner. He was very responsive when we had questions, advising us if we asked how to prevent problems related to the work being done and what to watch for. I have already started my next list of jobs for Shane involving some kitchen upgrades coming when I get my act together. He represents Northwest in the very best manner. It was a very positive and helpful experience for us for our first outing with Northwest, and you will be top of our list for future work. See you in the spring for the A/C check, if not before.

    Nate is a great representative of your business. He was thorough and worked quickly. He asked several times if we had any questions and wanted us to understand about the temperature of the three hot water. He took great care of our carpets on a snowy day, always wearing shot covers and laying down runners for the two wheeler. We enjoyed having him in our home.

    Wes, Nathan and Brennan were amazing. They kept me updated on how progress was going. They worked quickly and efficiently. The work space was meticulous when they left. Nathan walked me around to the new furnace, air, and thermostat to be sure I knew what was done and how to use it. Wes discussed with me the need of a followup and explained thoroughly the reasoning.     Of course the drain had to clog in a Saturday! We called RotoRooter and they sent someone right away. Dave was so pleasant, professional and extremely helpful. He had our drain situation diagnosed and unclogged right away. We appreciate his friendly attitude and professionalism even though it was a Saturday and it was already going to be a long day for him. Working overtime was not his concern, our issue was his concern and we so appreciated his work ethic and his hard work. We highly recommend Dave.     Great service. We especially commend Jimmy. The gentleman was fantastic. He was friendly, great at his job, and full of knowledge and advice. He was great at explaining the issue and knew how to correct it quickly. My wife and I had our sewer line clogged on a Sunday afternoon. From our first call to the completion of the service was only 2.5 hours.

    Jimmy was very professional and was able to clean our clogged pipe easily! He was very good at explaining what he was doing and why. He also gave us tips on how to keep our pipes from clogging again! Hopefully we won’t need to see Jimmy again, but if our pipes do clog again we will definitely be requesting him!
