The only reason, I even choose to have them install a new water heater and water filtration system, was b/c the last time they were here to look over our plumbing, they were so down to earth. He explain things as if I was a family member or his friend. I had many things going on to include small little ones needing my attention. They even took the time to answer a 4 year olds questions and redirect a one year who managed to slip through a barricade. It was great, no problems, tech walked me through everything and explained in a way I could understand. Absolutely great experience. I got the club membership for Mr Sparky, One Hour and Benjamin Franklin, so far they have all be amazing, and the membership has already been worth it. Got a diagnosis for my complaint of a leak coming from the upstairs bath tub, a leak that was leaking through the sub floor through the ceiling of the downstairs bathroom. I was told they could come back the next day and fix the problem. I took time off work and watched the repair man fix the problem, which he felt that the leak was coming from the drain. I felt confident and showered the next day. Went downstairs to check for leaks, same leak. I called and complained, my complaint was once again taken very seriously and a technician professionally showed up. But I had to leave the door unlocked because I had to go to work. Technician called me at work and stated that he saw the leak from the faucet side of the wall from the tub, and that it needed to be sealed. There was no charge, as I had already paid almost $800. I was excited to shower the next morning, but was later overly disappointed as the leak was still there. I frustratedly called again, and again they were very professional and very prompt. Two technicians showed up promptly to my door. After diagnosing again. The technicians both agreed that water was running down the side of the tub into the subfloor. They also stated that my leak didn’t have to do with plumbing but that it was now a flooring job, which they don’t do. They advised me to buy some caulk from Lowes and to seal and fix the tub myself. I’m supposed to get a call from the manager/supervisor today about a possible refund. As I did complain about an $800 leak that simply was misdiagnosed, not fixed and turned out to be a flooring job. I was impressed at the beginning and after talking to the manager I was partially reimbursed. Not perfect but at least fair. And that’s more than ok in my book. He was on time, extremely professional and did a thorough job and explained everything to me along the way. He discovered a leak in my crawlspace and was able to repair it right there on the spot. Our home warranty company picked a plumbing company that wasn’t local to replace our sewage ejector pump that had worn out. That pump only lasted two months before we had issues and sewage backing up into our garage. We refused to let them fix the problem and called Mac Plumbing. Turns out the wrong pump had been installed. Mac gave us a two year warranty on that pump and came out today to service it. Adam was our technician and was professional, friendly and fixed the issue. Mac Plumbing honored the warranty and left without pressuring me into anything I didn’t need. I cannot say that about other plumbing companies we’ve have dealt with. We had Hiller remove and install our new kitchen sink and faucet. Blake was our technician and he was absolutely wonderful. He solved multiple little problems along the way and made sure everything was in great working order. He was kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He even took our old sink away. In the future, whenever we need a plumber, we are always going to use Hiller and ask for Blake.

Having used Hiller previously for some other work, I knew what to expect when it came to quality of service. I was was not disappointed with this job!
The team arrived when they said they would and IMMEDIATELY got busy! I was kept informed of the progress being made throughout their workday.
The job was completed on time to include cleanup and Bill made sure I understood the basic operation of the generator and answered all my questions. I’d like to personally thank the crew, Bill, Josue, Hawk and Mike for a job well done!!
This is the second time I’ve used Hiller and they are AWESOME! Blake helped me out this time with replacing my water heater. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. The price was fair and process was easy and efficient. 10/10 recommend!
The guys were friendly and very professional. The project manager came right out and set up the repairs to the water main the next morning. The repair guys went right to work and only dug 2 little holes in my yard, replaced the entire main line from the meter to the house. Then to my surprise they went out if their way to put the yard back to better than it was before the leaks. They added more rock and rubber mulch. I give 2 thumbs up for the guys at Hiller Plumbing. 👍👍
Jason was the most helpful service provider we have ever had! From the time he arrived he was so informative, made information most people don’t understand easy to understand, and he was so polite and friendly. He walked us through options to have our water heater either repaired or replaced. He never was pushing to spending more money than was needed. He made this whole process seem less and time efficient! Whenever we need to have services done by Hiller again I hope he is our technician!
