  Establishment was clean well organized. The waiting time was efficient and timed accordingly to my time window. But what made me enjoy the experience was Christine M that was very kind to my situation of loosing my father and how i wanted to present myself at his funeral the next morning. She took her time and made sure i was 100 % satisfied with my look and made great conversation. Also just her over all attitude was amazing and i look forward to returning.

  Great, I’ve been to JRs several times through the years. I’ve never had Monica do my hair until today. I’d say she did the best job, no offense to the others. I would highly recommend choosing her to take care of your hair.

  The staff here are awesome! Very friendly, do a great job with kids, and I am always happy with my haircut. The TVs with sports playing are a nice touch, but I prefer chatting with the stylists. The hot towel is very relaxing and refreshing. I haven’t tried their beard cutting/styling service yet as it is new, but plan to soon. Always a great value and a positive experience!

  Took our twins (15yrs old) to this location for the first time about 2 weeks ago. For family pictures we were going to be taking.. Both beauticians were kind and all. They were supposed to get the same exact hair cut. They showed both of the ladies the same picture of what they wanted. Mind you I had zero expectations of them being perfectly alike but I did expect them to be Simular at least!! The one’s station closest to the door was SERIOUSLY watching the TV at her station instead of what she was doing to my son’s head! She cut it so short and left a ton of uneven lines where she was supposed to be blending just running the guard up and down and literally had her eyes watching her TV! Last time I will come to this location ever! Don’t go here if you want someone to actually care about what kinds Haircut you want. At the very least Don’t use the beautician closest to the door. Bc he is gonna give you what ever she feels like doing and watches TV as she is cutting/fading your head. Go to the one on State st! Now they are amazing!

  Well I had a 4:30 appointment today. I made it on my lunch hr.I am terrible with appointments. But I was early today.and she was ready.I am terrible with names. But she was great. I have been there about 10 times. But this was the first time I was ever asked questions. Yes I was in the Army. Yes I am over 60 years old.and it was cheaper today because she asked those questions. My haircut was the same because my tip was bigger to this young lady. She said she has been there 2 years. And has about 25 constant clients. Well when I find her name I will be 26. And I have a ton of friends that get hair cuts.
