We had used Dailey before and were very satisfied, so we called them. Nathan S. came out and did a splendid job. He was punctual, professional, and personable. The job was done professionally and quickly. We could not be more pleased.

They accomplished fixing in a day and a half what someone previously had really messed up for us. We will definitely use them again!!   4. After the Lightning today our clinic at Beard Navasota Vet Hospital only had half the electricity in the clinic working. Previously experience knowing how great the Techs are at Dailey, I recommend the Company to the clinic, and after one quick phone call Justin Eskildsen quickly came out to resolve the issue. He was very Professional, knowledgeable, and Helpful. We thought we just had a minor electric issue, but after some searching realized it was a much bigger problem, but thankfully Justin was able to fix the problem. Thank you.

    Also, Justin’s Helper was super respectful and helpful, and when i called to make the Appointment, Ashley in the office was very helpful, and sweet. Awesome Job Dailey Company!

  5. Abel & Levi of Dailey Co. helped with a total system replacement. The technician, Abel, was on time and super helpful. Levi, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with install and service. I was nervous about spending the money to replace entire A/C system, but very glad I chose Dailey Co.

    I used Malek for a toilet repair on a rental property we own. I signed up for the yearly service, but still got a bit of sticker shock after the cost of the repairs (on top of the yearly fee). HOWEVER, I spoke with Jordan at Malek and he was fantastic. He explained their pricing and their value they bring to long term customers. As a business owner, I appreciate their approach. But seeing as how this is for a rental property that we will likely not own long, I did not want to continue the yearly agreement. They refunded me the difference in the yearly fee and the trip charge, which was fantastic. While I do not have a contract with them, they were very professional in handling my situation. If my permanent residence were in B/CS, I would use them and recommend them.

    I have been a well-satisfied Malek customer since 2001, for both homes I’ve owned! Their technicians are knowledgeable, professional, service-oriented and courteous. And, I particularly like that the same technician often comes to my home for the seasonal maintenance; I know them, they know my home and system. Daniel is always very thorough, and I’m always pleased to see him at my door!

    Great service from Mike, Raymond and Misty. Had a thermostat go out in my condo and they very swiftly diagnosed the problem and then fixed my wiring when I messed up trying to DIY it. Very impressed with how quickly they respond to a service call even on a weekend

    Super happy with the service provided today! We pay the yearly fee. We started last year and weren’t super impressed due to never being able to have a date for them to come out that also worked for us. We’re supposed to do AC checks twice a year when the seasons change and we were only able to get it once because again the time that worked for them didn’t work for us. After communicating all of this to the wonderful lady in the office she tried extremely hard to be more helpful. It was still hard to get a time that worked for us both. WE DID IT! Today was that day! At this point we needed an a/c check, the laundry room light didn’t work, an outlet kept tripping for the outside lights and deep freezer, and our back patio outlet also went out. Cole was here for a total of an hour (he took a trip to get a few parts) and fixed everything perfectly! I of course happened to have a zoom meeting during this time and he was great at getting my attention and working quietly (even though I prepared them and we didn’t expect that) Very happy to at last use the service and how great they were!

    My shut off valves going to the clothes washing machine were leaking due to corrosion, and the plastic drain box was cracked. The replacement parts are $53 at Home Depot. Malek service company gave me an estimate of $1050 to repair. Any sheet rock repair would be extra. Fortunately, they provided a no charge estimate. I had the work done by another local plumber for less than half that price which I still feel was expensive for less than two hours of labor, but much better than Malek’s price. I would suggest you ask for a free estimate if considering them for a job, and as always get competitive bids.

    It was amazing that we can call and get immediate help to make sure we have our needs met. The gas company swapped out our meter and left us without hot water. We were able to call JBG, and they came out late in the evening to make sure we could have hot water.
