  1. We had a main line break after a car drove too close to the city box. Our fault, no big deal. We called Hiller around 4:45 pm. And by 6:30 pm, their tech arrived and started working. He was charming, helpful, and fast. He explained the issue, without making us feel silly. He was done by 8 pm. Professional, kind, and quick. He took pictures of the whole process and sent them to us. I feel very confident in his work, and satisfied with the service. Excellent experience for such a stressful issue.

  2. Was available to fix a leaky water pipe. Repair man was professional and knowledgeable. Small leak was repaired within an hour and a half. Great work, however, the price was EXTREMELY high. Almost twice what I paid for the same repair from another plumber (Madison Plumbing). Definitely would not use them again due to the high price.

    Revised: Hiller refunded a $150 to match prices I had paid for similar repairs in the past. Overall excellent service, however I still believe they are higher priced that some other options. Rating raised from 3 stars to 4 stars.

  3. Hiller was able to get a tech right out to us when our A/C unit died. He was great, checked out the system out and showed & explained everything to me while he troubleshot. We ended up needing a new system and they were able to get someone out that night to go over all the options. Very low pressure which I really appreciated. They were even able to get us installed the next day, which was perfect. The install team was awesome and left things looking better than before they arrived. Really pleased with the whole experience and everyone we dealt with. We will definitely continue to do business with Hiller.

  4. Tech came out on a Friday. Tried to get my old R22 beast back to life. No luck. The project manager was in my home a couple of hours later and gave me a great discount. New 16 seer system installed Monday.

    Join their Hiller Club for $27 a month. Worth every penny!

  5. Repair Person was very polite and did a great job in 20 minutes he was finished putting a new pea trap under the sink. I believe this company charges a whole lot more than other companies my bill was 180 dollars. Personally I think that a little high. Will check around next time.but the technicians was very good.

    I can’t be more pleased with the Blake Brother’s Team for their tireless work and professionalism. It all started with the salesman Mike (Australian fellow) who was prompt for our appointment and most importantly displayed compassion and interest in my home needs. He took the time to good through each option and willing to answer any question that I asked. Customer service definitely was first. I was looking to switch from electric to gas appliances and HVAC. Mike provided plausible and reasonable recommendations without playing the up-sale game that other salesmen do. Once I was sold on their products and contract signed within a few days I was scheduled for work to begin. This was a very different experience from some of their local competitors with 3-to-4-week lead-times for service or for that fact estimates. On-time as promised, a group of gentlemen pleasantly showed up at my door (Matt, Julian, Jonah) which were here to start the gas line installation. Very knowledgeable in the areas of gas piping and electrical they were able to figure out a complex house layout to run the gas lines efficiently to support my needs. They work diligently with smiles each day and took their time to make sure I was pleased with their services. They asked questions when needed to address my aesthetic needs and cleaned up each day after work. This was superb customer service and I highly recommend this team to work on any gas line installation or electrical projects.

    I knew my old water heater was on borrowed time… it sprung a leak in the middle of the night, and luckily I was able to shut water off before it made any damage. The next morning I called multiple local plumbers. Blake Brothers was the most responsive and had 2 guys out in a few hours. The plumbers looked at it and gave me multiple options to fix my issue. Within just a couple hours they removed the old water heater and installed a whole new system. Honestly, the pricing was a little higher than expected. But that is a common feeling in these times. 🙂 But the quick response, great quality of service, parts and workmanship make me feel like I got a decent value. Very professional.

    Wow. This place is so great. They were very responsive to our needs and our concerns when it came to our service. The service manager even came to our house to discuss our concerns. Mike the sales guy came quickly and answered all of our questions. The HVAC install crew has been courteous, quick, and so polite! I even caught this adorable interaction between the tech and my cat (who loves people). The blake brothers company DOES honor their mission statement of making customers Happy, Healthy, and Hassle-free. We will continue to use them in the future for this amazing service, both actual service of our home and the customer service.

    Brandon and Jon helped us with a noisy attic fan — Gave us estimates for the fan motor replacement as well as other electrical work around the house. Then, when Brandon heard the attic fan come on, he said that the motor might not be the cause, and offered, for a lesser estimate, to climb up and tighten the motor/housing connections; which seems to have fixed the problem. Very honest, and straightforward dealing with Brandon and Jon. They were very careful carrying the large ladder through the house. Email Brandon promised with copies of estimates, and work invoice arrived quickly, including recordings he made of attic fan before and after. Great job. On time. Courteous. Easy to deal with. We’re very satisfied.

    10/10 recommend. We had a water heater issue that we detected early in the morning and Blake Brothers was our first call. They were wonderful from the get-go, very nice on the phone, and someone was able to get to our house that same morning. Will and Malachi arrived on time and were very nice and informative. They answered all of our questions honestly and fixed us up quickly. They were also great with follow ups to ensure that we received everything we needed, and everything went well.     Patrick was absolutely incredible. The initial visit was scheduled same day with the work completed shortly after. He diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it quickly as well. I might also add, Patrick was extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. He went out of his way to explain what was causing the problem and his recommendation to fix it. Once the work was complete you could tell the quality of the work completed was outstanding, even to an untrained person. I will absolutely make this my first call from now on with any issues they offer service for. I could not be more pleased with the process and outcome.

    We highly recommend Roto-Rooter of Huntsville. Immediate response and excellent service to our home in Madison. Before our call to them had even finished, we were informed Tristan was on the way! Tristan Pickett is exceptional and honest. He found and fixed our stoppage with great care to our home. Before leaving he rechecked all areas of water flow in the house whether part of the original problem or not. We also had the unexpected pleasure of meeting Bob Fuller, Water Restoration First Responder, who checked all areas with a special meter to be sure there were no leaks behind the walls or under the flooring.

    When my parents had plumbing issues we went to google to look for the best company. Roto rooter was the first to come up. On the reviews all you see for the first 30 is technician Chris. At first I thought it was a scam of some sort. Then he happened to be the guy to show up. His demeanor is extraordinary, his work ethic is fabulous, and his heart is amazing. I hope he is valued highly. The google site does not do him justice. I highly recommend him.
