Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, expert service. They answered all our questions and put our minds at ease. Thank you Antonio and Dennis! Our old Lennox furnace had seen better days and Greg suggested a package that not only fit our needs, it was a great deal. Our techs Antonio and Dennis hauled away the old furnace and left our basement nice and tidy after a long day of installation. Then to finish a great install, Antonio explained how to operate the new thermostat, explained how the furnace works and went over the necessary paperwork for us to sign. At the end of the day, we felt SATISFIED with our purchase and looking forward to the comfort in our home with this heating and cooling system. We definitely would recommend them!   4. Fantastic experience! BW/Cook was recommended by our neighbor when our furnace stopped working this past Saturday. We couldn’t believe they came out the same day for a brand new customer, did a great job, and their charge for the service was SO reasonable. They provided wonderful customer service and professionalism from the initial phone call through the actual repair visit. I don’t normally write online reviews, but this was a really refreshing change. We are happy to be new customers and highly recommend to others!

  5. We needed quick service on our furnace after we had a power surge on a Friday morning and our furnace wasn’t turning on. Felipe and Jasmine arrived just before the time frame window I was given which was awesome! They were able to quickly resolve the issue. Both were kind, professional and knowledgeable. We’re so grateful they responded so quickly to an unexpected issue on a Friday and that we were not without heat over the weekend.

    Legacy has been maintaining and servicing our Geothermal (Water Furnace) system since we purchased this home in 2014. We could not be happier with the service we have received. I would highly recommend purchase of a service plan. They keep track of your maintenance and will call you in the spring and fall to set up your service calls. They are extremely thorough when they check your system and they provide a report to explain the results of their testing. Thankfully we have only once had an issue with our unit and they quickly and cost-effectively resolved it for us. The technicians are highly trained and the technician that they send to take care of our unit has been specifically trained in Geothermal. Nathan Christian performed our service today and he could not have been more professional, thorough, and polite. It was a pleasure to meet Nathan and we hope to see him again in the Spring. Trust me… I am a very critical consumer and when I receive great service I feel like it should be recognized. Legacy is a quality operation.

    Came to this company after a more than miserable experience with another HVAC company. They have exceeded the expecting we had in the very beginning and continue to make sure we are taken care of. Had an AC Installed on Tuesday. They came Wednesday to finish up new duct work. And came today an hour after my phone call when the AC wouldn’t kick on. I would recommend to everyone without question! All the technicians that have been in my home have been extremley likeable, knowledgeable, and did EXACTLLY what they were meant to do! I cant say enough good about this company!

    Legacy was fantastic! They showed up on time and were extremely professional. I had a new furnace installed and it is great. I had 4 estimates and Legacy gave me a great price.     Wow! Such a great company! It was such a smooth process. I had to replace my furnace & Joe was so courteous he explained everything thoroughly through the whole process. He even showed me which ductwork needed taken out for better heating of the home. The two technicians that installed my furnace were very thorough and explained everything to me .     From start to finish, Church Plumbing & Heating exceeded my expectations. Our water heater was leaking from the tank, so we had to shut off the supply and therefore had no hot water. Time was therefore of the essence to get the heater replaced. Fortunately, Church’s fantastic reviews were true to their word. Less than a day after I first called, Keith came out and evaluated the installation job. He was an absolute professional–prompt, articulate, knowledgeable, and determined to get the problem fixed. He explained the various services that Church offers but was never pushy, and ensured that I got the exact services I needed and nothing unnecessary. The following morning, Greg and Kristie arrived first thing in the morning and did an exceptional job. The installation was quick and seamless, and the two of them were professional and courteous. Less than 36 hours after I first reached out, Church had replaced my water heater. The soonest any other service told me they could do it was 96 hours. If it’s not clear, Church Plumbing & Heating is the real deal. Their professionals do not disappoint, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They surely will be my first call if I ever have any plumbing or heating issues in the future.

I always feel like I can trust them! My furnace wasn’t safe to use and they were able to come out the next morning and replace it for me. So grateful!

    Church plumbing and Heating was awesome after our heating system went out. Kristi inspected and determined the problem. She gave her honest opinion and didn’t pressure us when making the decision to replace. Once the decision was made, scheduling was prompt and financing was easy. Kristi and Chad teamed up for installation. I was very comfortable having them in our home and they were very patient as my kids had questions. Chad’s sense of humor was very welcomed. Kristi and Chad were very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

    Church Plumbing came out to my elderly mother’s house to examine why the basement bathroom sink was leaking, the estimate was $1100.00 to replace the faucet, $1100.00!!!! But $547.00 if we supplied the faucet from Mid-City Supply where they get their plumbing supplies from, how convenient. $553.00 difference. Keep in mind,The faucet is not gold plated. The braided hoses under the sink were leaking, not the faucet. My mother paid $99.00 for them to find the problem, then we were to call them back to set up an appointment. The faucet wasn’t even the problem!!! You think they honestly were going to tell us this. What I have shared with you is the absolute truth. Maybe there was a misdiagnosis of the leak, Church probably does good work, but this is a simple bathroom faucet. Everyone is entitled to make a profit on work preformed, but this is simply over the top. Pure Greed.

    Recently, Church installed a new furnace for me that was supposed to be a one day install. Apparently the tech messed stuff up at install so he came back out another day to fix it, which took a couple of hours. Unfortunately he did not fix it correctly so they sent out the lead tech and a trainee (from my understanding) to fix his mistakes and this took almost 8 hours. Sadly, they still did not fix everything as the drain line has a leak that causes water to leak by the base of the furnace so someone had to come out yet again to correct it. Seems like everything is FINALLY done. I would say I am definitely concerned with their attention to detail at the very least and possibly the over quality of their work, should take that many trips to get a 1 day install done. My last complaint would be that if workers choose to take a smoke breaks I would have liked them to be careful not to track anything back inside the house. My wife has asthma and is sensitive to it and said that the whole first floor smelled of it. We personally don’t smoke and we weren’t thrilled about having to air out the house multiple times. They didn’t apologize or try to make amends for the inconvenience all these trips caused. Unsure if we will do business with them again.
