- Reviews:Baylor and Isaac came out to install a water pressure regulator and water heater expansion tank. They were so quick, clean and kind, explaining everything about the process along the way. We discussed future repairs that are recommended (since our main water line is old and corroded) and Phil (manager) explained how that replacement would work and the timeline/costs to expect. Royal also offers plans for preventative and maintenance for plumbing and HVAC which I think is a really cool option. Our furnace went out and needed to be replaced on a Thursday. They came out early to give us a quote and later in the day we decided to go with them for the furnace and air conditioning unit. We also decided to add a water softener. Since this was Thursday evening they were awesome and scheduled to put it in on Friday. The whole bunch came on Friday morning and worked most if the day to get the system in so we wouldn’t have to go without heat over the weekend. The furnace works like a dream. We will go to Royal for all our heating and air needs. Brian is coming out on Monday to install the air purifier and humidifier. We also had him look at an outlet behind our fridge that wasn’t working, and the stove fan/light stopped working. Another company was going to charge us in the thousands to repair this, (cough cough Action Plumbing). Mark figured out that it just needed to be reset and with the panel replacement it pretty much took care of it. I cannot thank him enough. We had a leak at the kitchen sink requiring us to turn off our water. We needed a quick response to our problem and Bachman Plumbing was there. Brandon Bachman provided professional service and very good information about our system. The repair was completed quickly and at a fair price. We would definitely recommend their service!
Told Branded I needed a quick fix because I was catching a plane and would have him back when I returned. The Honesty and integrity of Brandon was above and beyond, shined through from the moment we met. Brandon immediately offered me 2 solutions. It was at that moment I saw the honesty and integrity of my repair man. While Brando worked we befriended each other he made my day brighter. The repair Brandon did is outstanding, I won’t worry while I’m away.
This is the first time we’ve used Mike Bachman plumbing for our plumbing needs. I must say we are satisfied with the job they provided. Taylor and Vic (the owner) were friendly and knowledgeable, they are very patient with our particular issues considering how old our plumbing but they still manage to make it work and did not stop until they fix it. It didn’t matter how long they’ve worked on the job and kept going. I will definitely call them for our plumbing needs.
This company is the best hands down! I have used them several times, and every time they are so nice and very reasonably priced. I had them replace a sink, faucet and disposal. They were fast, professional, and I love my new sink!
