Everything was scheduled and set within 30 minutes. Tim came out and was very professional and even suggested helpful hints for other small issues he noticed outside of the service he provided. He installed a new sink and was able to complete the service in the least invasive way possible, which was amazing as I was prepared for a big job. He was in and out within a few hours. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family in the future! The pricing was a great deal compared to what I was quoted from a couple other companies as well! Pricing is high at all the plumbers I called but in my case speed was key…You cannot always judge a company by how fast they get to you, that is not a good metric. Their prices are extremely inflated and the shower head leaks. - Reviews:I called a few different places and Rooters was one of the ones that offered a free inspection. Jay spent the time to thoroughly inspect and test everything, ask me questions, and take the time to understand the issues. Great customer service, friendly and personable. He generated a few different quote options and didn’t apply pressure to make me sign anything. Another company spent only a few minutes with a visual inspection and quoted me a far greater price. He repaired everything just as he stated he would and so far it all seems to be working great. They gave a year warranty in case anything fails. The only issue I had was they made a mistake that is on me to repair. They cut a hole in my ceiling only to find the pipes were not where they thought they would be. It turned out they were easily accessible from the basement and a hole was never needed. The dispatcher I talked to was unbelievably kind and helpful, and Neil, the Professional who came to fix my house house was fantastic. A true Professional who took the job seriously, explained everything to me along the way, and answered my dumb questions as well. Cannot recommend Neil and Mr. Rooter enough. They were the only company that we called that was able to come in and look the next day, with a new baby at home we needed to be able to use our sink as quickly as possible. Jay was able to quickly assess the situation and work through the problem quickly. He was professional and was able to fix the problem quickly. We will definitely be using them again for any plumbing needs. We received a text message with a photo before our professional arrived, he was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I have had professionals out before that charged much more than Mr. Rooter and spent much of their time replying to text messages …. in short. I will call Mr. Rooter for all of our plumbing needs and I will recommend unconditionally that you should give them a call. Zac, Rick, and the whole electrical crew from Service Professor were really awesome to work with! I recently purchased a home that had hazardous and outdated electrical (some federal pacific, two sub panels improperly installed). Service Professor gave me multiple quotes to choose from regarding my options for service. I decided to upgrade my whole system to 200 amp in the garage with proper grounding and surge protector with a consolidated 100 amp panel in the basement. They arrived on-time, with a sizeable crew (who were all very friendly and respectful), and were able to complete the whole service upgrade in one day! Their work looks tidy, sturdy, and professionally installed. They also labeled all the breakers for me. I’m really really impressed with their work. I have tremendous peace of mind now knowing my electrical is safe and expandable for years to come. Thanks Zac and crew!
Update: I also had Steve D and Zac come back to install a new pressure tank for our well system, as the old one started leaking. They showed up on time, were able to get the old one out, replaced, and running smoothly with a new one in just under 3.5 hours! No more leaks. This re-iterates my experience with Service Professor that they’re what I’d hope all trades folk to be – upfront with pricing, on time, efficient, and professional in every aspect of their work. Rick and Austin were spectacular. They replaced vanity lights in two bathrooms and installed a fan in our bedroom. That was not easy since there wasn’t a fan there to begin with, so it was a long process. They installed the fan and the wall mount exactly as we needed and wanted. They worked efficiently but more importantly, skillfully and professionally. This is the second time we’ve had Service Professor do work for us and we remain as happy as the first time. The guys are good and they are very nice.
Austin and Dustin went above & beyond to provide us with an exceptional electrical service experience today! We had a complicated project that required a creative solution and they were up to the task. Conduit had to be shaped to fit a custom area, wires had to be run, and holes had to be cut through brick, concrete, and exterior walls in order to get the job done.
Not only are they excellent electricians, they are highly skilled craftsmen. The finished product looks far better than we could’ve hoped! It is functional and discrete.
There was one additional, small electrical issue that we asked about while they were here and, even though they must have been exhausted from 8 hours of work on the main project (half of that time being outside in the rain), they cheerfully offered to stay and fix an electrical problem that had been annoying us for years. Plus, they did it at no extra charge – wow! Impressive!
Austin and Dustin were on time, friendly, courteous, respectful of our home and property, and cleaned up thoroughly before they left. Plus, both of them clearly love what they do and the company that they do it with.

Nick came out to give us a quote for a complete sump pump install(we had the crock, just no pump.) Nick was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional He was able to meet our needs for this project within our budget.
The install went smoothly. Luke and his team came out on time as scheduled. They covered carpeted areas with protective coverings. They were very professional, courteous, efficient and cleaned everything up when they were done. I would have Service Professor out to my house for future projects.
