What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. My first time dining here, staffs were welcoming and helpful 🙂 so you’ll order at the counter and then find a table to sit. This cafe have a 1.5 hrs dining policy. So after waiting for quite some time, I was sure they might have missed my order so I politely asked to one of the staff to check on my order. So he then apologised and my order came promptly. One of the owner then sent us a scoop of ice-cream as an apology. Overall, place was cute and smells like caramel all the time. Might come again in the future.

  2. We came on a Tuesday at 5pm, there was no queue and there was ample space to sit.
    – We ordered the Pooh bear waffle(RM22) and the Strawberry and White Peach Fizzy Drink(RM12)
    – This shop does not accept debit and credit card but accepts touch n go e wallet, Mae and also cash.
    – The staff was very friendly. The service was fast.
    – The quality of the ingredients is very good, everything was sweet and fresh.
    – They had a variety of cakes with reasonable pricing
    – The waffle itself was light and fluffy with all its toppings balancing the sweetness of the ice cream.
    – The ice cream was SO SO SO GOOD. I could taste the nuts, the caramel. Just wow.

  3. Love love love the waffles selection here! The ice cream flavours are so unique. Not really a big fan of sweet desserts, but i couldn’t say no to these!

Do expect crowds and queue outside the place but waiting time is bearable which is about 20 minutes.

Can’t wait to go back and try all the menu😂😂😂

  4. The waffles and cakes we ordered were very good, one of the best in town!
The place is always crowded on weekends, even at usual meal time, which you would expect not so much for a dessert place.
The flavours of ice cream served with the waffles are unique too. Love the pistachio flavour, and the lavender one was very much dependable on personal preference.
Reasonably priced. However the place is pretty cramp and noisy. But service is quick and tip top.

  5. Visiting this very popular cafe on a weekend is to deal with the crowd of people and lack of parking spots available. But visit on a weekend we did, and somehow we managed to get ourselves a table not long after arriving, probably because we missed the super peak hours. We ordered the waffle dessert called Pooh’s Favourite, and it was scrumptious to say the least. The large scoop of honeycomb ice-cream paired really well with the crispy hot waffle, and the fresh fruits added the balance with their tart and sour flavours. The hot latte was smooth and cleansed the palate, but was just a tad bitter, which wasn’t to my personal preference. Otherwise, the service was fast and the premises was clean, just be prepared to deal with the crowds!

My family’s favourite hangout and chill spot. The staffs were just friendly and always carried a smile. The ice cream was really really yummy. Not too sweet, and flavourful. It was creamy soft. Lots of variety to choose from, and the flavours were not the usual flavour. It was unique and local. Highly recommended.

Came here at night with a bunch of friends. Ample parking spots outside the ice cream store. Ambiance was very welcoming and the space is clean and brightly lit. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Inside Scoop’s ice creams never fails. Reasonably priced and most importantly taste way better than other ice cream stores. I really love their Cookies & Cream ice cream. If you’re nearby and on a hunt to satisfy your sweet tooth, look no further.

We were pleasantly surprised that their waffles are pretty good too. Their simple buttermilk waffle felt light and airy with just the right amount of gentle crisp on the edges. The chocolate sauce was not overly sweet – always a plus point.

Craving for sweet tooth after dinner. Many people, big shop many seating, vibrant colorful shop. We bought one pint red velvet with new Christmas packaging. Counter no more red velvet. We found it in the chiller.

The establishment was a bit sempit and narrow but nonetheless full of seating, which was accommodating enough. They’ve swings as well! We ordered a single scoop of raspberry yogurt and biscotti.. the server was good enough to let us taste test the ice creams and recommended their top selling flavours. Good enough.

A nicely decorated Japanese dessert shop specializing in shaved ice. Lots of good textures and surprises inside each heaping bowl. Other dessert options are pretty tasty as well. Portions are very generous. Servers are friendly and helpful. They willingly turned off the aircon, as it was a colder evening. Following current trends, rather than servers, there is a pickup shelf. Along with a drop off counter.

A very nice ambience to hang with friends or family, especially on a sunny day as they let in sunlight on certain areas of the roof. Really beautiful! Price is a bit expensive, RM18 for one shaved ice. But portion is huge! Really huge. I think it would need 3 people to finish it Taste wise its sometimes nice and sometimes okay only. Been here a few times and it has more hits than misses! Would recommend coming here and trying it out with a few friends 😀

Unique dessert Atmosphere 4/5 very unique design from the wall to ceiling to floor. Nice decoration all around. Fully air-conditioning, warm white lighting, the day I went 8pm it’s was quiet and not many people many meaning alot empty seats. Parking 2/5 very hard to find parking Service 1/5 self service you queue at counter pay and wait your number be shown and self collect through 2 holes like a shelf. Then when finish they ask you return the bowl wow. Expensive and you help them to work everything Pricing 2/5 it’s quite expensive for a desert with ice cost mine rm17 for one. Will I come again ? Sure for the uniqueness of the desert ice with flavour but no for the service 1 bad 5 excellent

Ambience: simple and minimalistic, plenty of seatings Service: came 2 times to this outlet and both visited were very pleasant! Could say they hired the right staffs that are polite and thoughtful 😋 allowed us to shelter for rain while waiting for they to puasa and the other time were very kind enough to arrange a larger table for us However the dessert will always be self service so must be careful Dessert: will always order a different flavour every time I visit and have not disappointed me!

An interesting place for unique desserts. Quite pricey, so save this for those really special treats. Nice ambience. Opens only from 1pm. And street parking is a challenge. There’s a nice open car park opposite. There are a few shops to explore nearby. So take your time and savour every bite! No coffee here. Only iced drinks. I enjoyed their Hojicha latte, though a bit too sweet. Must remember to ask for sugar on the side instead. Friendly staff.
