4 months agoGrate variety of items, in an always clean and well organized space. They are definitely not cheap, but there are always coupons, special offers and member discounts. Some of their private brand products are good and inexpensive. The staff is usually knowledgeable, polite and helpful. The location is convenient, but sometimes getting in and out of the parking lot is not easy. Update: At these prices, fresh has to be fresh, always. And unfortunately it is not. I bought sliced cheese with mold, and some of the grape tomatoes in the box were wrinkled and non edible. Some of their private name items are overpriced, yet only average quality. Excellent service from the staff, one star is for the staff alone.a month agoThe store is clean and spacious. Produce section is very well managed and free of children biting on fruit and putting back like wal-mart. Also, has a bussin clearance isle. Praise Yah!2 months agoThis was my go to grocery store. This store has adopted the new era of self check outs. At most, there will be one line open. The checkout process is not convenient or friendly to customers. The lines are long and the checkouts remain closed. It is almost impossible to get any assistance.6 months agoKroger is kroger, and generally the experiences are always the same. Nothing bad, nothing great, you’re grocery shopping. BUT, IF YOU HAVE TO USE THE RESTROOM, PUT YOUR STUFF DOWN AND JUST GO AHEAD AND LEAVE THE STORE…. Seriously.. I’ve never seen an establishment of this size not know how to maintain a restroom.. Every time I’ve had to use the restroom, or my wife has, there’s always trash in the floor, flooded toilet water, no paper towels, no toilet paper, etc. Etc.. So just be sure you don’t have to go to the bathroom while you’re getting some shopping in, because you’ll regret it.5 months agoAlways l helpful and friendly staff and management. Good store, great pharmacy! The ladies in the deli are really nice and always helpful. The store usually stays pretty busy but we’ve never had any issues checking out. 👍🏻👍🏻

Wanted to give a shout-out to an exceptional employee. We stopped by the fuel station to fill up with gas after just getting my car back from the dealership because it had a recall that required the fuel pump to changed. I filled up with gas, but noticed I could really smell the fumes and I immediately knew it was stronger than it normally smells. I looked under the car and the 13 gallons of gas I had just pumped was pouring out. I went to get the fuel attendant, Krystal, and she immediately went into action. Not only did she do what she was trained to do, but she made sure me and my daughter were safe as well. She was so kind and I kept apologizing, but she kept reassuring me that it was okay and not my fault at all. She stayed with me and my daughter until the fire department left and until the dealership came to pick us up and tow the car. She really went above and beyond. Her kindness made all the difference in that moment. Thanks Krystal! Kroger- You have yourself a phenomenal employee!
This Kroger is not without its problems: narrow isles, limited meat and produce compared to the other store across town; however, its better than wal-mart in regards to fresh produce and quality meat.
Store was nice and clean. I was able to find everything I needed. Check out person was nice. Also, it was easy and clean!
