What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. I always love this place to buy everything that I need at home , fresh products in food , clean everything , safe , the staffing are very kind , all shelves are numbered and priced I liked a lot just only some seafood are so expensive and vitamins the rest is okay i recommend I located in strategic area next to other business to serve Food or go on banking in Savannah city .
Siempre me encanta este lugar para comprar de todo alimentos frescos con gente amable ,lugar limpio y cerca a otros lugares estrategicos como restaurantes o bancos yo si recomiendo en la ciudad de Savannah GA.

  2. It’s a good grocery store that has plenty of variety. However I didn’t see many staff members so asking for help was not straightforward. Might have been due to the time as it was around 8pm. Overall not a bad store.

  3. I want to thank Mr. Sam for helping me and going beyond and helping me with a Instacart order I was shopping for, he said this is his first week of work! Keep up the great customer service Mr. Sam, Also, I want to thank Elijah for his determination to find me a product for a customer, because it wasn’t on the shelf, I don’t know where he got it from, but he came running with it after we had checked the cooler and it wasn’t there. Customer Service means a lot when you can’t find what you’re looking for! Keep up the great great work Mr. Sam & Elijah

  4. 2pm on a weekend, lines out into the isles. Only two registers open, employees standing around talking. Terrible, save yourself time and go somewhere else.

  5. This is the second time I’ve had this happen to me at this location. I have reviewed this place via the receipt survey. They have roaches at the checkout. Unsanitary! The shopping experience is ok, but the roaches. I imagine everywhere else they could be.

There has to be a explanation with the flies. I have been to two grocery stores and three restaurants and no one is paying any attention. This is disgusting. I usually don’t have to many problems but this and fresh items being molded is not where its at.

Every time I go here it’s worse. The produce is rotten and today the basil was literally dissolved, moldy, and leaking brown juice. None of the produce was ripe. Meat department was lacking too and anytime I’ve bought fish from here is was rotten. The snack food however is always stocked. EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER treats you like a chore and won’t do a damn thing without moaning and groaning about it. I have never once had a good experience here but it’s the only affordable place to shop that isn’t 40 min from my apartment.

I want to thank these two associates, she works in the Deli and she was so professional and the young man went out his way to make sure I could find something in the store. I really appreciate great customer service, keep up the great work!

Due to the location, I do not think the experiences one has at this location will change. They will have the needed customers simply because of the location. This was my latest pleasant experience. At self checkout, the sale items I purchased did not ring up for the sale price. I raised my arm to ask for assistance from the person assisting those at self checkout. I told Tomika (your employee) what the sale price was and that the items were not ringing up correctly. She said, rudely, that she would go check. She returned and said the items were not on sale. I told her I would walk back with her to show her. (Since I doubted that she had time to go to the location and actually check) She said, “You want to speak to a manager?” I said yes. Another employee came to assist me. She and I walked to the items where she in fact did see that they were on sale, twirled herself around and slung her hair in my direction. All of this wasting my time and was obvious due to the lack of Tomika’s assistance. While the second employee was correcting the price, I said to Tomika, who was standing next to the register, that the items were on sale. I did this in hopes no other customer would have to deal with the issue. She slung her hair at me again while spinning around quickly. I asked the person correcting my order if she witnessed Tomika’s action. She said she did and asked if I wanted to speak to a manager. I mentioned that I thought she was a manager. She said she was a floor manager and wanted to know if I wanted to speak to THE MANAGER. I guess her being a floor manager it is not of her concern how Tomika was acting. I didn’t have time to wait and speak to a store manager, or I would have!!! She then told me that Tomika was leaving in a week. I assume she was telling me to be of some relief that she would not be working there, but I was only concerned with how I was being treated at the moment. I guess employees that are leaving have the ability to treat customers as they like.

I came by here they refused to let me in even though they didn’t close for 10 minutes. They were very rude about it also. There were several people still inside. I told them I just needed to grab a drink they still refused. I think that’s so rude. Maybe if the 5 employees standing at the door were working they could get people out faster and not turn away customers. I wasn’t the only one.

It’s my neighborhood store, and it turned into an absolute trash! Can’t tell you how many times items marked as discounted showed up a regular price at register, then you have to wait for staff member to check it out and give you the announced price with no apology. Bunch of items in refrigerators are expired. And all produce in this store is as far from fresh as you can only imagine! I made photos of tomatoes with mold and rotten potatoes today, and the box of blueberries went right to trash can at home. I pointed spoiled vegetables to a girl working next to them but she couldn’t care less. Shame!!!!!

I picked up this box wine because it was clearly marked at $12.99. When I checked out, it rang up $20.99. I took it and my receipt to customer service. The lady couldn’t care less that the product was missed label and right away, blame the vendor. I told her it’s not my job to properly label the product. She went on telling me there was nothing she could do about it. At this time, I told her to just give me my money back. She again said there’s nothing she could do about it. Their policies state they can’t return alcohol after it leaves the store. Mind you, I just walk from the self checkout to the customer service desk. I had to tell her repeatedly that I hadn’t even left yet. Luckily, there was another employee there. She seemed to be a manager. She asked to see my receipt and noticed it’s been less than 5 minutes since I made my purchase. She instructed the other employee to refund me my money. That’s a nice scheme they have. Falsely price and item then tell you it’s against their policy to return such item. I will never again shop at that location. They’re trying to rip people off.

This store is great! From the time we moved in the area it’s been our go to for amazing discounts, quick prep ideas , and weekend snack trips lol overall nice place to shop and recently had a reopening where there are better self service scanning booths to make your shopping experience even better. Besides the complete flood of people that come during the day or weekends lol it’s a overall good place to shop. Just be sure to go early in the morning if you want to avoid the crowds.

When we first went to register 12 to be checked out the cashier had an attitude and walked off so we went to self check out and me and my daughter were treated like miscreants. Love the chain of stores otherwise but we will never shop at this location again. I’ve been a customer for over 20yrs and never had to go through that.

My elderly parents were thrilled to see that this Kroger has 8 handicap carts however every cart wasn’t charged. My mother spoke with the manager named Mary to let her know but her reply didn’t appear that it was a concern of hers. Sad that a corporation this size with the handicap ♿️ accessibility allows their staff to dismiss the importance of ADA. I hope this message reaches corporation to make necessary changes to accommodate handicap ♿️ shoppers.
