What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. On February 25 around 1-2pm.. i tried to buy a few items for my fiance who is disabled.(she has epilepsy) .The manger and cashier REFUSED to sell me ANY items because they ebt card would not scan..cause they had to type the card number in.But my name didn’t match what was on the card…so we left without our food..BUT Piggly Wiggly gladly accepted that the card wouldn’t read..and understood perfectly about people who have disabilities like EPILEPSY can’t always walk in to the store. If you yave a disability and need someone to shop for you..DON’T GO TO KROGER.

  2. I bought a 10lb bag of chicken wings yesterday from Krogers. I rebagged the wing in freezer bags when i learned that i had just over 1lb of flats and nearly 9lbs of oversized drummies. What a ripoff. I looked for the bag of all flats and kroger didnt have a bag of flats only, like usual. Im sorry i boght 9lb out of 10lbs of drummies. Thanks alot. 😔😪

  3. I will say I love the new look they have and it’s cleaner then when I use to live in lagrange. But they sure do have high prices now, and you don’t get what you pay for.

  4. It’s a great place to shop at,but can be more expensive than some grocery stores.. the big k drinks are a pretty good price and I love the 10 for 10 dollars..

  5. One of the worse stores ever!! Way too much stuff cluttering the aisles. The over crowdedness of the store makes it very uncomfortable for shopping. Please clean up, clean out or move to a larger location!!!! Only one way in & out. Why have they not reopened the second door!!

Kroger in LaGrange GA: Do’s and Don’ts Every Shopper Should Know

When shopping at Kroger, there are a few rules that customers should keep in mind to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. These rules cover various aspects of shopping, such as payment methods, store policies, and acceptable behavior. By following these guidelines, customers can have a smooth and efficient trip to Kroger.

1. Bring a payment method: It is essential to have a valid payment method when shopping at Kroger. This can include cash, credit or debit cards, or mobile payment options like Apple Pay or Google Pay. Without a method of payment, customers may be unable to complete their transactions.

2. Follow store policies: Kroger has several store policies in place to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all shoppers. These policies may include limits on the number of certain items that customers can purchase, rules regarding the use of coupons, and policies on returning or exchanging products. It is important to be aware of and follow these policies while shopping at Kroger.

3. Practice proper etiquette: When shopping at Kroger, it is crucial to be mindful of other customers and store employees. Practice good etiquette by keeping noise levels down, not blocking aisles or entrances, and being respectful towards others. Additionally, during the COVID-19 pandemic, it is essential to follow any store-specific guidelines, such as wearing a mask and practicing social distancing.

4. Check for sales and discounts: Kroger offers a variety of sales, discounts, and promotions on different products. To save money, take advantage of these offers by checking the store’s weekly ad, using digital coupons, and using Kroger’s loyalty card. Taking the time to plan your shopping trip around these promotions can result in significant savings.

Remember that while Kroger has rules in place for customers’ convenience and safety, there are also some things that you don’t need to worry about:

  • Bagging your own groceries: At Kroger, the bagging of groceries is often done by store employees or baggers, which is a service provided by the store. Customers can focus on their shopping while the staff members help pack their items.
  • Using a reusable bag: Kroger encourages the use of reusable bags to reduce plastic waste. Customers can bring their own bags for their shopping, but it is not mandatory. If you choose to use a reusable bag, simply inform the cashier, and they will accommodate your preference.
  • Membership fees: Unlike some other grocery retailers, Kroger does not require customers to pay membership fees or sign up for a subscription in order to shop. Anyone can shop at Kroger without any additional charges.

Shopping at Kroger can be a convenient and enjoyable experience by following these guidelines. Remember to bring a payment method, follow store policies, maintain proper etiquette, and take advantage of discounts and sales. By doing so, you can ensure a smooth and efficient shopping trip.
