This Kroger‘s location has everything you need. Pharmacy, a little clinic, Starbucks, groceries and gasoline plus diesel fuel. They recently did a remodel here and have redone all the bathrooms which makes it nice. The pharmacy and little clinic also got updated. The produce department looks good now with a section of organic fruit and vegetables. The deli bakery area has a large selection of cakes and meats.
It is really Frustrating to be on your lunch break and trying to go up and get gas or cigarettes or what have you and there is nobody inside because they’re too busy in the back smoking cigarettes not caring there’s a line. It needs to get that under control because it’s getting ridiculous. It’s happens more than twice a week. I will be standing in line waiting for somebody for five minutes. It’s really like she’s going to finish her cigarette before she comes and helps anybody.
Mr. Duke is a great young man who always has fantastic manors and professionalism when bringing my orders at click list.!! I come every Friday and always love when mr duke comes.. Kroger should be very proud of the young man they have being a great asset to them. Keep doing great things!!
First time visiting the Springfield Kroger, most likely will be the last. Employee paid to babysit the customers doing self checkout was dismissive and rude. If Kroger can pay a boy to stand there and ignore customers, they should be paying an employee to work a checkout lane. Very bad experience and hopefully I won’t need to go back.
I went in Thursday and bought over $40 in steaks. I came straight home with my groceries and froze the steaks. I took them out yesterday to thaw in the fridge, only to discover they were bad. It isn’t the first time I have purchased meat there that was bad. This time it was much more of a costly pack of meat. I won’t be getting anymore there, that’s for sure.
