What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Lots of discounts if you need quick meals. I love shopping sales and clearance but they are soon to expire so must consume within a few days of buying.

  2. I received the worst service of my life today. I would give their bakery and customer service 0 stars if I could. I have bought many cakes from Kroger in the past and never had any issues but today I received a call at 12:30pm informing me that they had barely noticed that they had a cake order. I put my cake for pickup at 10:45am but they called past 12pm! Are they serious?? What if I would have actually needed the cake at 10:45 am!?! After that when I called saying I did still wanted the cake, the “decorator” said they didn’t have the set to make it. I said that it was okay and you could hear how annoyed they were. Anyhow I get to Kroger and the ladies there told me that the decorator was mad that she had to decorate my cake. First off, she could have called me days ago in regards to the situation such as not having the set and she did not!! She’s also a liar and told her co-workers at the bakery that she attempted calling me days ago. That is a complete lie! I don’t have a single missed call from Kroger on my phone accept the one from that day. At this point their lazy excuse for a decorator was gone for the day. Which was probably a good thing. But anyhow this is a picture of how the cake should have looked like versus how it actually looked. I have no plans on ever buying a cake from Kroger ever again. I can also see why the decorator works at Kroger instead of a real bakery.

    Terrible service and 0 stars!

  3. Store is ok. Manager Taylor or whatever he is , is a fricken jerk. Very rude unprofessional. He was seeing how busy customer care is doesn’t help with nothing. The poor guys needed quarters, he couldn’t even get the change for him, he just decides to open the door and have him do it himself, then goes and walks around. Being a good manager means you help out with something. Not just leave and walk away.

  4. While I don’t do all of my shopping at this shop, I do come through here especially for the things I can’t get at that other store which will remain nameless (no need to give them free advertisement) if you live in Seagoville area, you’ll know who I’m talking about🤣
The store may be old, but it is clean. It smells fresh, and the cashiers are wonderful.. 👍👍

  5. I would be happy if I never had to enter this store again. I’ve gotten my medications there for literally years. The only positive is the pharmacists, Kevin and Darrell. The other people in the pharmacy are rude. One woman had the audacity to tell me that me calling and asking to speak to Kevin would overload him and cause him to quit. I can honestly say it broke my heart. I’ve trusted him a lot and it’s difficult for me to trust other people. I don’t feel comfortable calling and asking for him anymore. In addition, I know they talk bad behind my back. It’s very easy to tell when they look at each other and roll their eyes. My son has been coming in so I haven’t seen the inside of the store in a long time. I wish I hadn’t gone in today. The floors are literally filthy. They’ve got so much stuff over stocked that’s sticking out in the way where people with the gimp-mobile can’t get through. And the people that are in the store won’t bother to move even a little bit. I was stunned. Most of the ones working in the pharmacy make it very difficult to get through with your business. The one thing that is absolutely outrageously bad is the answering machine. Trying to reach the pharmacist is a joke. I’ve never had a voicemail that argued with me before. I tell it I want to speak to the pharmacist and it’s usually about a 10-minute ordeal going back and forth. She questions what I want, she questions who I want and then she doesn’t take that for an answer. She asks me, “do you want to speak to someone after I just told her I wanted the pharmacist.” This voice machine is outrageous. I’ve come to despise the sound of her voice. I have multiple nerve problems and I’ve been drawn to tears on more than one occasion. From now on I will not come into this store to shop. My son will come in and get my medications and out we will go. And by the way, half the time the medicines are out or have to be ordered so they don’t have them available. I’m in severe chronic intractable pain with several parts of my body that are damaged. I have to take very strong pain medication. I’ve been told several times that if I pick up my medication and they don’t have full order of the doctor, then I will forfeit the remainder of my medication. This just seems outrageous to me Kevin has worked with me several times to ensure that I got the medication that I’m prescribed. The others tell me I’m going to forfeit as much as half of my medication. Something is severely wrong with this. That voicemail goes for all Krogers, not just this one. I’ve spoken to the manager Robin on several occasions. She is also very nice. But I’ve been complaining about the voicemail for a long time and nobody seems to be able to do something about it. In addition when you do get the pharmacy and they stick you on hold they have the most hideous music playing. I would admit having nerve damage creates a lot of problems for me because sometimes I call and I’m on my last nerve. But a call to the pharmacy should not end in a headache or additional pain.
