I had a really amazing experience today, I’m a regular buying some specific items, and they accidentally had some on the shelf that were expired, but Sergio helped make sure that the next truck will have new and fresh stock so I can keep my routine consistent! Kieran was also pretty awesome when he jumped on the registers to get people out the door when it got backed up. Both had some pretty awesome attitudes.
I purchased an item marked on sale at this store and was charged more at the register. When I pointed it out I was told the sale was over and they would not make it right. They had left the sale tags on the shelf for EIGHT days past the sale end date. Many outdated tags remained on the shelves. I took pictures and video to document the incident. Then an employee laughed and made fun of me and told me I had to leave the store. This store needs to train their employees more on dealings with customers and be more prompt removing out of date signage.
Mixed feelings on this one. They have a great deli and generally good produce. Prices are standard.
However, they NEVER have cashiers available excluding one with a huge line. They force you to wait in long self checkout lines. With how low employee wages are surely they could afford another cashier.

They closed down the WHOLE ENTIRE pharmacy for lunch. They’re literally talking and hanging out looking at me meanwhile my child’s sick we walked up here and now have to wait for them to get off of lunch the lady won’t even take his paper. Who closes down a whole pharmacy of more than 3 ppl for a damn lunch?
For the most part it’s a good grocery store. I’m vegan and never struggle finding options to fit my diet. However they do tend to get items I get hooked on, then suddenly take it away. I spoke to a manger, Colin, recently asking if they could restock tempeh for me. Unfortunately the bigwigs up top decided to remove it from their ordering catalogue, so there’s nothing he could do for me. He would have if he could though, so I appreciated the effort in talking to me and trying to get something I wanted.
Also their store brand hummus is incredible; absolutely the best packaged hummus I’ve ever had. Please don’t take it away!
