Historically I’ve had good service here. However, recently we pre-ordered from the deli for an event and arrived at the scheduled pickup time but they hadn’t even started them. They asked we wait for an hour; however, we were on our way to the event and politely canceled our order.
Kroger usually has everything I need in stock. Kroger staff will work with you to make sure your shopping needs are met. I like using the Kroger app for the digital coupons. The employees actually make a real effort to help you with questions or help locate items. The grocery pickup is so convenient. You can also order groceries to be delivered within an hour.
Clean store. Clean restroom. Excellent produce section. Staff in produce are always helpful and kind. Some bare store shelves that are out of a lot of things , but it could be a supply issue.
They are often out of stock of things and the selfcheckout service can be slow, still a solid store.
What’s up with limitations on pickup items? I was going to place an order but your system wouldn’t let me include bread & orange juice in my order; it said delivery only. That’s pretty lame.
