  1. Jake T. and Alex were the technicians performing the work today. Jake explained everything in detail; they were efficient, friendly, professional and completed the job in a timely manner. Showed us the before and after pictures (WOW!) They also removed the blower motor and cleaned that as well. We’ve had our ducts cleaned many years ago by another firm, but they weren’t as thorough as Perfect Home Services was. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I received same day service which was great because it’s for one of my rental properties. He explained the problem and affordable solutions. Fantastic service.   3. Eric is awesome! He was dispatched because I was in need of my maintenance checkup and my heater wasn’t always coming on when called for. My units are 17 years old, and I knew it was time to think about replacement versus repair. He is very detailed and I was able to watch the entire visit while he was explaining everything that was in need of repair/replacement. To save time, he called the office and Jessica was able to book a salesperson (Chris) to meet with me that same night to discuss replacement options. I have been a customer with JNJ Heating and now with Perfect Home. I still receive the same high level customer focused service that is very important to me. I can highly recommend Perfect Home for their knowledge, experience and looking out for safety and what is best for me, the consumer.

  4. The process was super easy. I was able to make a same-day appointment via phone with customer service. They sent someone over the same afternoon. David helped us replace our broken garbage disposal, and fixed a leaking pipe in our basement. He was on time, answered all our questions, and was super courteous. This is our first time using Perfect Home Services, and we are beyond happy with our service provided by David!

  5. Ended up getting my furnace and AC removed and replaced by Perfect. I’ll say this, you need to negotiate with them, do not accept the first offer they throw at you. The first quote they gave me was $2,500 more than where we ended up. So there is a TON of wiggle room in their pricing. All of the techs that came to my house were great, they were friendly and knowledgeable. Things have not exactly gone perfectly though. After the job was done, I found 10 sharp sheet metal screws all over my driveway. I had to scan my driveway with a flood light to ensure I wouldn’t end up with a punctured tire. Paying $11,500 for the job to be done, I would expect them to do a better job cleaning up after themselves. I could very easily have wound up with punctured tires. The new thermostat was supposed to come with 2 sensors but they were not included. Communication was great before I paid for the service. Now that I need an invoice and I’m trying to get the sensors, I’m not getting a response to my emails or texts.

    The service I received was excellent. I was told the technician will be out within an hour. He actually showed up within 10 minutes once he arrived the customer service was magnificent. He explained detail per detail what he was going to do and did the necessary plumbing to get it back up and running.

    Never use them! I was charged nearly $1,000 to replace an outdoor faucet. Come to find out from my regular plumber, he would have charged, high end $400, for same exact replacement. At time of repair, I was due to leave town and they were able to come within an hour, mind you during regular business hours. I feel the Roto Rutter plumber took advantage of the situation and basically RIPPED ME OFF. This company has no business morals or acts in an ethical manner. G. West

    Mario & Antonio are exceptional employees. If I didn’t know better, I would have thought Mario was the owner. Marios introduction, explanation of the work he and Antonio performed was so professional. Excellent clean-up & follow-up when finished was beyond my expectation.     I called Andersen plumbing and heating on Tuesday needing a water heater replacement. They came the same day with the new water heater!!!! Installation was extremely quick and clean including replacing the old piping around the heater, and Jon walked me through the important information about the new unit. Excellent experience, reasonable pricing, representative Morgan that assisted me was great and professional, and technician Jon was professional, and on time and answered all my questions.     We have had Anderson Plumbing install a new, more powerful Garbage disposal under our kitchen sink, as well as three new/taller toilets in our town home.     Andersen is great – we’ve been using them since 2016 for every plumbing project or issue we’ve had. We will keep coming back time and again! Their staff is so friendly, flexible, honest and communicative. Even though we have had different staff come at different times, they all remember us, ask about the dogs, etc. Prices are fair and the service is great.
