Great explanation, you could see he was not bothered by what he had to do to take care of our property. He went above and beyond on a simple service call to make sure our home was taken care of gave great advice on how to keep the septic system healthy and didn’t mind taken the extra time and care for us, so thanks, Charlie!

  4. Ed did a great job. Thank you Ed for your hard work You were great. Office not so much told me they would be sure that service technicians would have a camera to check system that wasn’t true said technician would be here between 8-1 that wasn’t true 2 days in a row. Office not to good at knowing their job and being honest. 5 star to Ed. 1 star to the office. Might have to look at other companies simple because of the lies. Thanks again Ed, you keep up the great work

    Metro’s estimator (Tommy Hale) was prompt and quickly got us a quote and provided straightforward, honest advice about our options. When Rigoberto Guevara and his crew came out to do the work, it was quality (crimped PEX and pro-pressed copper) and they located and reused existing PVC sleeving under our driveway for the new water line, saving us money and hassle where we expected to have to dig up the driveway. I would highly recommend Metro if you need plumbing service in the greater Chattanooga area.

    This was my second experience with Metro for maintenance on A/C and in both cases, the staff got back to me very quickly, they were on time and most importantly, they know what they are doing in taking care of an A/C system. They made appropriate recommendations for repair and upgrades. They also had parts on hand, so that no time was lost. Every step was explained to me, so that I understood the improvements made and what we received for the money spent. I want to say, “Keep up the good work” to Michael, Alex and Sean.

    The actual issue was a septic tank backup. Called at 8:30 AM, technicians arrived shortly thereafter, actual repair workman a couple of hours later, repair completed very timely after that. Exceptional service and professionalism. We are very impressed with this Company and will definitely use them again as the need arises.

    I had a major failure of my sewer drainage and septic tank and called Metro who were quickly responsive and came out next day to begin my week long repair. Every technician that came thru my house was so nice and helpful and explained to me exactly what they were doing. I did not have a small issue to fix so having Metro was great because they have so many resources available to take care of any plumbing problem. My total repair was not cheap but I feel total peace of mind knowing that they did it right and I will not have to worry about any future problems. I would recommend them 100%!

    There are times in life when you need a hero. When you come downstairs to find your toilet erupting like Mount Vesuvius it’s one of those times. Tony Caballero with Roto Rooter was able to efficiently take care of the situation and was happy to explain step by step the work he was doing and answer any and all question we had. Was upfront on the work that needed to be done and got us very reasonable cost estimate. He was knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant to talk to.

    I had this company come out to unclog my sewer lines a few times before we requested the camera. When they came out the technician used the snake camera on the clean out that is closest to the house. This caused the video quality to be poor and stated that our issue was on the city plumbing. The city required a clearer video and provided the company with the new city ordinance that became effective 10/2022. The technician came out ran the line again but when he hit water the video stopped. The city once again contacted the company by email and reminded them of the requirements that needed to be completed before Rotor- Rooter can file an order with the city. I had to once again contact Rotor- Rooter to have them come out to drain the line and record a video in order to comply with the ordinance. After spending about $1500 within a three month time frame due to inexperience technicians, I would not recommend this company.

    Got our wires crossed on scheduling service but got a call from Rob and he straightened it out. Aaron came to perform the work and did a fantastic job.
