Called them and a real person answered the phone. The rep took our info and within a few minutes we had a confirming text someone would be out. Shortly thereafter we received a call from the technician Ben who confirmed our information and said he would arrive shortly, which he did. So pleased to know there is a professional, dependable company out there. Their rates were quite fair and the technician totally customer service focused. The people in the office however, not so much. They ask for a picture of my unit and mode number/other info, sent it. We even talked about how my unit had an extra part to it that loops through my heating system. They said they had a tank and could install it the next day. They came over and the guys said “ this isn’t going to work, it loops through the heating.” Talked to a woman in the office that swore they cross referenced, and somehow it was incorrect. Later the owner admitted they just saw 50gal and gas so that’s what they sent out. Next, they figured out they did have a tank I needed, a family friend called because it was an extra $1200, and with the first inconvenience wanted to see if we could work something out. Unknowingly, they canceled me for that day and did not notify me of the change. I called after waiting around a few hours and asked if they were still coming, the woman said “no, and we’re booked until Friday (2 days from original date). I was obviously annoyed and told her they should probably notify the property owner/person paying that they were canceled. FINALLY, Friday comes and I have hot water. The office didn’t take any accountability for the mistakes that were made. Loved the installation guys!. Wasn’t my dad and I’m a 31 yr old woman/homeowner, I should have been notified of the change. Anyway none of that would have happened if the cross reference was done correctly or if anyone listened to when I said ” its an apollo that loops through my heating system.” I understand price differences, but I also would’ve understood some accountability.By raychel may (3 months ago)Had the sewer line between the house and the clean out blocked. Called DiMone and left a message last night. They called even before they opened and had someone at the house within 3 hours. Problem was resolved and all is working again. Had a great experience with Bluewater, from the initial contact with Katie to the service call with Mike and Christian. The install wasn’t easy, but they got it done, and cleaned up so well, there was no trace that anyone had worked in the area (aside from two new water heaters). Mike (super knowledgable) also fixed the water flow issue on a sink that another plumber before him could not resolve. Highly recommend Bluewater.
I have used Bluewater for years and recommended to many for my business. They are a bunch of clean cut guys and professional and fix things the right way. This time, I had an emergency at my house. I called them immediately and they came quickly and resolved the problem fast. Matt and Eli got me squared away and even offered additional tips and things to look out for in the future. Bluewater Plumbing has been consistently great to deal with every time we have called them for any and all of our plumbing issues. The most recent repair with Mike and Elijah was awesome. They did not stop until they figured out our unusual issue and fixed it. They were professional, skilled, and really nice. Even our pets loved them. 5 stars – great job, great people, great company.
