Got in touch via Google for a tub drain repair quote for a same day repair for an old Kohler tub (part of the linkage assembly was stuck in the pipe not allowing water to drain). The dispatcher contacted me promptly and provided a quote and scheduled the service. Pricing was accurate (no surprise charges) and I was provided updates when tech was on the way. Our Technician Adrian was awesome! Arrived early and was very knowledgeable answering any and all questions I had. He explained each step along the way and was able to complete the job quickly (about an hour) and efficiently. Very impressed with the professionalism of this company and definitely recommend 👌🏽

  3. I needed assistance from a plumbing company today for a backed up kitchen sink and Genie Plumbing was contacted. A young man was sent by the name of Carlos to check the problem. This young man was very professional and very courteous. He explained everything he was doing and if I had a question he was more than happy to answer it. He was very knowledgeable in what he was doing and I’m happy to say my kitchen sink is draining beautifully. Carlos cleaned up everything after the job was complete and all I had to do was place my bins back under my cabinet. I was so impressed by this young man and I will highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services. It has been a good while since I have seen such courtesy from such a young man. I actually believe some of our elder generation could learn from him. Carlos “THANK-YOU YOUR MY HERO” . Genie Plumbing you better be paying him well because if not some other Company is going to snatch him up in a heart beat. If I ever need your service again I will definitely request Carlos .

  4. We have used Drain Genie on multiple occasions. This was by far the biggest job they have done for us. They were on time, worked their butts off, explained what and why they were doing what they were doing, never did anything without first checking with us. They did a fantastic job and I would always, always use Drain Genie. Tom, Charles Sr and Charles Jr are the best. John is always making sure things are done properly and communication is some of the best we have had. Great job to you all!!!! Keep up the great work!!!!

  5. I called Drain Genie the day before to see if they could come out as soon as possible to help me get some repairs done in my house before the washer and dryer can be installed. They were here the next day at 9:30 like they said they would be. They fixed a vanities a sink a toilet fix my washer and dryer on and off switches. All in the span of maybe four or five hours. Not only was Carlos efficient and fast he was also caring about the prices and made sure that everything was done correctly and it didn’t charge me an arm and a leg to have everything done correctly. I would recommend Drain Genie any day to anybody in regards to plumbing issues. Ever since my sister gave me their name they’ve been my plumbers since and I won’t go anywhere else.     Shamrock Plumbing is a great company. When I bought my home and needed to repipe the main drain under my home to get rid of the cast iron, I called several companies. The owner of Shamrock came out to assess the work that needed to be done. He was very detailed in his explanations and suggested to start small and install a new clean out in order to be able to run a camera where it was otherwise impossible because of buildup in the old cast iron. Because of this, I was able to save time and money because we were able to identify that the scope of the project was much less than we expected. They are honest and ensure that they get the job done right and come back to fix it if something ever goes wrong.

    Stephanie was quick to provide information and set up an appointment for us, and Ralph the plumber was both kind, informative, and was able to not only quote up other repairs we wanted to ask about, but also complete on site. He explained why they used certain product lines for best value to us as customers. An additional faucet leak fix and a spigot and water line repair were also done at the same time. Spigot in particular was good because of it being a commercial business, reinfoced pipes and a removable knob to keep water from being wasted or taken. Good company, good people, good service!

    So glad to have Shamrock Plumbing complete the re-pipe of my rental home, they are quick to respond, responsive after hours, and are able to provide an accurate estimate the same day which is very helpful when you are weighing out your options. Mark the owner is fantastic! The estimate was reasonable and the whole re-pipe was done in about 6 hours! Really appreciate the explanation of the process from the office staff Shawn, she was helpful, friendly and put me at ease by answering all my questions and concerns! We are just waiting for the last step of the re-pipe which is drywall repair, I’m sure they will do a good job! This is my first experience with Shamrock Plumbing and it won’t be the last! Glad the rave reviews on google are true!

    We had a complete re-pipe. This company was very professional to work with. The gentleman who came to the house to give the quote was very throughout and explained us the process of the re-pipe and what they do. Since it’s our first home we had many questions and he was very informative. The scheduling was fast and the installers came on time and were very very fast and got the re-pipe done the same day! They were extremely nice and also were very informative and answered any question me or my husband had. They tested all the plumbing before they left and walked us through everything they did.     We started using Emerald Plumbing after some terrible experiences with Frank Gay and we cannot be happier! David Jones was able to identify the problem first visit and fix in the second after Frank Gay had taken months, many visits, thousands of dollars and never fixed the problem! David has been great in explaining all the pricing, various options and recommended services as well as showing us directly what the problem was as opposed to telling us after the fact. The pricing was extremely reasonable especially given all the digging they had to do to replace the piping. I highly recommend Emerald Plumbing and especially David! Thank you so much!

He correctly diagnosed the issue, and replaced the problem part (PBU cylinder in the cartridge), at a reasonable price. This company is honest and they do good work.     Just completed a complete re-pipe of my home. It was a large and complex job. I was more worried about cutting holes in the drywall and making dust everywhere. Wow, I was pleasantly surprised. My water was shut off in morning and restored at 5pm. They performed a leak test and tested all the fixtures for flow rates. As they worked they made minimal sized cuts and vacuumed all dust as they worked. The following day their Drywall team arrived and repaired all the drywall cuts to a paintable surface. After I had the repair cuts repainted it was impossible to tell that any work had be performed. That was very satisfying and turned out to be a non-issue. After completing the re-pipe I decided to do some plumbing upgrades. Hugo and Ritchie have been very helpful in advising me on options and troubleshooting some preexisting problems that my home had. If your considering re-piping your home Emerald Plumbing is your best choice. It has been a pleasure working with a company that cares about the customer and treats your home with respect and performs timely installs and repairs.

    Darren, our estimator was timely and personable, and provided us with a quote before he left. Ramona and Adam in the office were very helpful and answered our questions. Nathan and Jonathan arrived on time and finished the repipe of our small office building in under four hours! They recommended replacement of two bathroom faucets that had some corrosion. I went to a nearby Ace Hardware store and returned with the proper faucets and they replaced those as well. They were careful putting down drop cloths so that our carpets were kept clean. They carefully checked their work, listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. They were personable, competent, and professional. We are still waiting for contact from the drywall repair company, so we will report further after that work is done. We can highly recommend Emerald plumbing!
