Last year they called to schedule the service but my home was being remodeled so I opted not to have the service. So this year they called again to schedule and Cristian was the service man. I got a text just before he was to arrive and he was on time. He is the nicest guy! He did everything efficiently and asked if there was any other things I needed done. I mentioned a couple of items which he looked at and gave me a quote. I said I would think about it and maybe do it at a later time. I was really impressed that Option One followed up with my membership purchase. The McLeod technician displayed great expertise in assessing my problem and went out of his way to find the proper fittings needed. I was always informed when the technician would be coming, received a call ahead, and technician arrived right on time. It just happened to be on a holiday and Mario came out turned off the water heater and went out and got a new water heater. Everything was done very professionally and I was once again all good with my new water heater. In fact, even better since I can take a nice warm shower without having to rush. Since they did an excellent job, I needed my toilets replaced since they were quite old and needed updating. Again, Mario came out gave me the quote after assessing the toilets, went out and purchased the ones I needed, installed them and cleaned up. Great toilets and a very professional job. I called Scott Mcleod Plumbing and they showed up on time the next day. I needed a bathroom faucet replaced in the shower area. Kyle showed up and looked at the problem area. He gave me a fair price quote and said he could do it that day. After the installation the water was making a groaning sound from the faucet area. Kyle spent much time trying to correct the issue as it was not as it was not supposed to be making such a loud sound. He went above and beyond to make this repair right. He went back to the plumbing supply store to get a different ( and more expensive) valve to see if that would correct the sound/ flow issue and it did and it was fixed right. It took some difficult troubleshooting to do this as he never had this problem before. Good job well done and honored the price quoted. Called All City Plumbing about 7pm on 12/30/21. We needed the water heater replaced immediately for our tenants as the existing one had completely died. Matt was dispatched within 30 mins. He completed the free estimate and confirmed the power vent and expansion tank had run their course. Since all suppliers had already closed for the night, Matt made it a priority this morning 12/31/21 to locate a supplier that carried the water heater we needed. We appreciate Matt for coming to our aid by replacing the water heater and expansion tank. He’s professional, provides clear explanation of the issues, provided after pics and also drove to our home to receive payment. It was awesome to meet him in person and shake his hand for a job well done. Great work and Customer Service at its finest! Thanks so much!
I have an older home on a raised foundation (1939) . I’m usually able to clear out slow drains and clogs but when I was not able to, I called three plumbing companies.
Of all three companies, Ruben Silva with All City provided me with a number of options ranging from a basic clean out to a complete repiping. He did not try and pressure me into choosing the most expensive option as did the first company that came out.
Ruben, Maurice, Nick, and Gustavo did an amazing job. They worked from the time they arrived until the time they left. (I kept offering water or food just so they would take a break, but they politely declined).
They were very professional and did their best not to disrupt my home any more than was necessary.
The project was almost a complete repiping of the drains (removing all the HEAVY original cast iron). Once they completed the work, you would have never known it had been turned inside out.
I’m appreciative that they arrived when they said they would and very grateful they completed the project as planned.
I highly recommend All City Plumbing but hopefully the next time I need them it will be for a planned project 🙂
Matt was the technician from All City Plumbing who came out to install an whole house filtering system. I was very impressed with Matt professionalism and craftsmanship with re-piping the water through the whole house filter. It looks great! I’m very happy with the results.

Our kitchen floor near the sink is wet. We thought it’s a slap leak. Mike and his team came to do the leak inspection. We found its sewer pipe leaks behind the dishwasher. Mike, Eddy, Morris are very patient and experience. They showed you the leak and explained how to fix that. They cut the wall and stucco to fix the leak, and patched the wall and Stucco. This is a great experience working with Mike and his team. I will use them again for my future plumbing issues. Thanks All City sent out this great team.
