  1. Very quick response. Main pipe was clogged since last week. Called 5 different locations, all unavailable, a couple places were booked for 2 weeks, 2 never picked up with voice boxes full. HEP picked up quickly, and Aaron and William showed up early and had me back up and running. Great guys, great humor and personalities, quickly resolved the issue and gave a military discount. Great to work with and I am greatly appreciated for the quick response and getting me and my family back up and running.   2. Busy Thanksgiving week these men came out to my house and changed out a water heater lickity split. The entire family are very great fil to the HEP team! We can now take showers, thanks to Steven Kelley and Charlie Roberts!

  3. HEP quickly answered my call for service, provided a reasonable same day time frame, and showed up earlier than expected. I received a 45 minute notification prior to arrival and was provided a link to track the response in real time.

    Corbin and Joseph were on time, professional, quick to diagnose and resolve the issue. Excellent customer service and communication.

    I will definitely be using HEP again. Great experience!!

  4. Rarely do we call for service when our day is going well. Suffering both a water leak and electrical issue, HEP was there for me. Julia returned my service request quickly and politely worked me into the schedule as quickly as possible. Adam called before he arrived so I had time to put the dogs away as so often “too many paws slow the progress”. Adam listened to my attempts to describe the issue, then began investigating the complex wiring left by the previous owners. To both of our astonishment, he found a previous electrical box *behind the book shelf*!? Apparently, during a previous renovation, many circuits were bridged from the original to the new panel installed in the garage. Undaunted, Adam quickly found the faulty bridge, ran a new modern connection and new breaker and Ta-da, fixed!! Very, very pleased with the level of service, professionalism and fair cost to have this mystery resolved. Will gladly call on HEP again.

  5. Jordan is AWESOME! HEP was able to come out on a Sunday (extra charge, of course), but so grateful for their 24/7 services. They were punctual and very communicative. Jordan went above and beyond (below the house) to find the leak and communicated every step he took, everything he found, what it would cost in different scenarios…very helpful, honest, and incredibly hard-working. He was able to fix everything and restore my water. I’m super-impressed with HEP. Thanks so much for everything, y’all.

    Colin Lynch arrived when expected and was very friendly and helpful. He looked at all the issues I had and told me what could or should be done to resolve them. He then worked up an estimate for all the work and I chose to have the 2 most important (to me) needs addressed on this visit. Colin made those 2 repairs correctly, in a reasonable amount of time, and the kitchen faucet and toilet work perfectly now.     My first visit was with Matthew who helped me with my clogged kitchen drain. He was very friendly and quickly took care of the issue and he even offered some tips on keeping the drains clean and clog free in the future. My second visit was from Adam and Kyle, who were both very friendly and professional. This visit consisted of a leaking pipe repair, a dishwasher install and replacing stems and washer in my shower faucet to restore proper water temperature. They kept me informed on what they were doing and whenever I tried to do any cleanup they said you just sit and relax we can take of everything. I must say it was very welcome and refreshing and I felt like I was in good hands. Unfortunately we were not able to fix the water temperature in the shower, we concluded that it may be due to our tankless water heater so my next step is to try to contact the company and try to get it resolved. I would definitely recommend these employees to my family and friends in the future.

    Even though the schedule was full for the day when calling a couple hrs after they opened, plumber Bobby was running good on time for the day so they were able to work me in same day when I had a sewage line start backing up. I am so grateful and it was very reasonably priced. Less than half what the last place charged me for the same thing 3 yrs prior. He even took the time to show me the issue on the camera and explained why it was happening and gave me a quote to redo the line and even recommended to always get multiple quotes. Honesty and integrity at it’s finest. He was very nice and professional. Would recommend!

    I was very impressed by the overall process of calling in my issue and getting a service person out to the house the next day (it was a non-emergency). Everyone I talked to was very friendly and professional. I had a PRV valve and main water street shutoff valve replaced and Daniel had it done within an hour. The price of the service was about what I expected so no big surprise there. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend Pipe Wrench.

    Ryan and Tyler were fantastic! As soon as they got to our home they set expectations for all the work they were going to perform. They kept us posted on the status of the job throughout the time they were working and reviewed everything with us when the job was complete. They were professional, knowledgeable, and nice. I would highly recommend them and the team at Pipe Wrench for any plumbing needs!     Woke up in the morning to find out I had no hot water. Thinking my pilot light was out, I went up into my attic where my hot water heater is located to relight the pilot. To my surprise, not only was the pilot light out, but I had standing water in my drip pan and a flowing leak from my temperature relief valve. Knowing I needed immediate help, I scheduled an appointment with Hiller online around 7:30 AM, and by 1:00 PM, William Gough arrived at my home to assess the situation. He quickly identified my water pressure was extremely high (120 PSI) and explained I needed to get it fixed immediately, not only to solve my water heater issue, but to prevent any further water related damage that could occur with that high level of pressure. He mentioned he could schedule a new heater to be installed if I desired it, but thought it might be possible to flush it and get it back into working order instead of replacing it, especially once I had my water pressure issue taken care of. He scheduled his team to come out to further evaluate and perform the required services. Later that day, Frank Croce and Chad arrived at my home earlier than their scheduled time. Upon further inspection, Frank found that water and sediment had already damaged the water heater insulation and its bottom (see photos), and he recommended a full replacement – he and Chad could do the flush and repair on it, but I would be on borrowed time before it started leaking again. I took Frank’s advice and went ahead with replacing the water heater. Frank and Chad immediately got to work on installing my new water heater, as well as replacing my pressure regulating valve on my main water line downstairs to solve my water pressure issue. Within a few hours, they had me all fixed up (see photos of new water heater and PRV). I now have 60 PSI water pressure, hot water, and most importantly no leaks! Frank, Chad, and William were an absolute pleasure to work with and I truly appreciate all of their help. I’m extra appreciative because I understand working in a hot attic is not easy or comfortable, and not once did they complain about it even though they had every right to. All of these gentlemen went above and beyond the call of duty and deserve recognition for it. As a first time customer of Hiller, I was extremely impressed and will most certainly be calling on them for other services in the future. I hope Frank, Chad, and William will be the ones helping me again as well. Thank you, Team Hiller!

    Amazing client care from start to finish. We had an issue with our plumbing around 8-9pm and I called hoping to get someone out but figured it would be next day service. They had a plumbing professional at my house within the hour and got us taken care of. The client care was amazing, took every detail & actually listened and the technician was very prompt, knowledgeable & kind. Really appreciate each person I dealt with being very professional & able to come out so late!!!

    Excellent response in emergency and Jack was professional and efficient. The charge of $179 to flip a lever on my cutoff valve in a space that was approachable on foot (no crawling around to get to it) was outrageous but I had no choice. I will forever resent that charge but all else was the usual good service and reasonable repair charges for a work-in call for a Saturday emergency. Now that I know where and what it is I will turn the intake off myself if the need ever arises.

    I have used Hiller Plumbing & Electrical quite a few times this year, starting with the installation of a water filtration system to now having my sink uninstalled and reinstalled and in between fixing a few leaks and checking over the general plumbing as well as electrical outlets in my house. Throughout all of it, a couple of glitches arose, but they more than made up for them. I am totally impressed with their professionalism and wanting to make sure everything was perfect and just the way I wanted it! The Customer Service is amazing and the workers are professional, capable, and friendly. I couldn’t be happier!

    We used Hiller for a total home repipe and they took a lot of care with the process. We are super happy with the end results and while we do have some dry wall repair they definitely did great to make straight lines to make repairs easy! We had Austin, Charlie, and Q come out and they did such a great job. My clean up was very minimal and I could tell they took great care with everything which I appreciated. I have two small daughters so keeping a clean home is important to me. I am so grateful to be a “happy Hiller” and would recommend them for plumbing services AND HVAC.
