We checked with few companies but finally selected Done-Rite and we are glad we landed in good hands. They provide great prices with great work. He and his buddy helped us in getting our issue fixed and even waited patiently for the So-cal gas technician to check and give us OK. They found out that the motherboard in the Navien was bad and needed to be replaced ( under warranty).They also replaced the drain line with pvc instead of copper and put a Heater Treater on to protect the unit from excess scale buildup. Ed showed up on time was clean polite and got right to his job with efficiency and informed me of everything I needed to be told about my Plumbing situation. Ed then cleared my drain was super professional. This iswonderful group of people I’ve used them , and have recommended them to many of my neighbors who have used them. As a matter of fact One is using them today at her home 3 Doors Down. Professional from start to finish, the ladies in the office as well. I recommend this company as being fair and honest.
Green Star Home Services/Rescue Rooter had repaired the main sewer pipe to the street from my home three years ago with a sleeve liner.
Today everything was backing up in the house and even though they were short people they sent someone to snake the main sewer line today, for free! Juan was very pleasant, professional, and got to work immediately.
I am greatly thankful for the services Rescue Rooter has provided. They do a great job!

Appointment was scheduled for yesterday and they weren’t able to make it but when Jaime can by today, very quick fix to clogged toilet. He was very nice and professional and fixed in a few minutes. Felt the charge was reasonable.
Although I didn’t end up using their service, as my needs had to be met by a higher level solution, the staff at Greenstar were professional, prompt, and fair. They know what they’re doing. Take that with a grain of salt, if you know what I mean. But my issue needing a more robust solution not withstanding, I would say Greenstar will remain in business for years to come. Very professional outfit.
