  If I could rate Servpro Lees Summit with zero stars, I would. I’ve never come across an organization this size with as poor of service as I’ve received from them. This group, especially the construction team, is extremely unorganized, unprofessional, and unresponsive. Literally months without a response to me or my insurance company.

  I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. Flashy name, terrible service. If I had two more hands, I’d give them four thumbs down. Don’t use them.

Unfortunately for me I’ve had to use them a couple times & can say in all instances we had the same great service. Don’t hesitate! What you’d spend if not done correctly could cost you a lot more!
