2 months agoI wash my car here and I want to do it every day. I love that the car doesn’t have to be perfect to make the car wash work. I like the odor while my car is washing. My car smells so good afterwards. I get the basic wash and for the most part, my car gets clean. I took it through the mud one day and it took two car washes to get it clean, and I had to wipe it down.
There are two lanes for the car wash at this car wash and I pay for the basic plan which is $26 a month my first month I paid $26 and I told him not to charge my card again and they were able to arrange my car not to get charged automatically which I thought was a pretty impressive.
There are two lanes to wash your car and lots of free vacuums which suction is strong enough to get most of the dirt off my floors. The vacuums are free and they have a big trashcan located right by the vacuums to to throw all the trash in.
Overall I think it is a great value and the service is great. I think it’s nice that you don’t even have to roll down the window and that they will know if you have a plan based off your license plate.
I think they should have a plan for multi cars, but for one single person so that if you decide to drive a different car for the day, at least your car can be clean. A 30 day monthly pass that included just 1 wash per day for any car/vehicle you own.
2 months agoI love using this car wash!! It’s the only one I’ve ever used that actually has an automatic wash that truly completely cleans my car. The membership fees are reasonable, and ou are allowed unlimited washes with each membership, Truly recommend that you give them a try!4 months agoLoved the car wash, the outside decor was cool. I don’t think people understand art though.. this little guy is Kokopeli the Fertility Deity God Hopi Native American..2 weeks agoI really enjoy this car wash but it seems like with every different staff they don’t always spray the front of my suv. It would also be nice if we get a free air freshener and maybe a section that has cloths to use to dry my suv up. I’m still at ends of weather this site knows that the Go car wash may be your competition.. My wife uses Go car wash but I use you guys bec it’s on my way home . Everyone is very friendly and I’m getting to know them. Just a little bit of free stuff may help others too.. I have used you for maybe 5 years but your competition is getting close to steering me their way .. There are also times that the back of my suv is not completely dried off of soap and water..a month agoThe car wash damage the windshield on my suv they said that it was already damaged It Had no damage before using your automatic car wash. Will now have to get new windshield absolutely don’t use this car wash as they will never admit that they damaged anything it will be the most expensive car wash that you’ve ever had.Please read the one star reviews not our fault looks like the common response

3 months agoThis place used to be good but it’s absolutely a waste of money now. One older gentleman basically tried to clean while 4 kids stood around my car and laughed, talked on my dime. My car was actually cleaner prior to coming here. It looks like they used paper towels due to lint being everywhere.in the last weekI have always had an excellent experience when going to Charlie’s Car wash. I use this carwash with confidence that my small car will get cleaned in its entirety. It sets low being a small car so not only does it get clean entirely front to back, it also gets clean top to bottom.a month agoPrices have almost doubled and quality is less then half!
I’ve been coming here since before the name change to Charlie’s and today will probably be the last time.
They had to pull it back in to clean it twice. (3 attempts total) After the second time I asked him if it was cleaned to the standard he would want his own car cleaned to. His answer was no, it isn’t. If that’s the case, why did you pull it out? Very disappointed in the quality. 6 people worked on the car at the same time. Only 2 cars inside. It wasn’t a busy day. No excuse. Very sad I’m going to have to find a new place to have my vehicles cleaned.
a month agoNice facility, they do a good job but…there is no access to vacuums. So the inside of my car is dirty while the outside is shining! I could use their Express interior service, but I don’t want all of that. I just want vacuuming, and I’m not willing to pay an additional $25 to get it.a month agoI drove past here many times and never stopped in. On a good Friday, I decided to stop for a $20 + wash with hand dry service. This is an extra charge, which I dont mind paying for. Here’s the problem when I pay for hand dry, I don’t want water still on the back of my car, door handles, and side mirrors. That causes run off and water spots. Isn’t that what the little fan blower was for they have. The young man that handled my car barley blew out. I got out and dried my own car right there in the bay as he looked. He took less than a few minutes on my car. I leave unsatisfied decide to call the young man I speak with is a manger I tell him my concerns and he says is that you still parked outside I say yes with little to concern he says I can go back through wash. The wash was not my issues it was the hand dry service. I asked why my rims weren’t dried, and he said they only do it if asked… Huh, I observed the car behind me getting two people drying and extra attention. I say that’s not fair. No real resolution was mad, and I was out $25. I will not be back, and service is very important to me. I’m a good tipper, but this day the only tip I can give here is do better. Treat each car the same and maybe hire better managers with better people and resolution skills.

The staff here is super friendly, Jackie and her friend were super sweet and courteous. I really like that the spray bug spray before you get into the car wash to help get the bugs off.
I meant a wonderful lady named Donna She was doing the cashier when I went through very pleasant had a wonderful smile on her face The young man that was working in the tunnel was very friendly very polite. I honestly have to admit I love this car wash it is one of the best top car washes out of Kansas City and Independence area. Ms.Jackie,Ms. Kat and Ms. Donna as well as the manager and the gentleman that are in the tunnel are the best employees of car wash could ever have, every time I come up they make me feel welcomed, I’m very happy with their service they are wonderful great people and I believe in my heart they honestly truly deserve a raise or a bonus for the hard work that they do and the best customer service that is provided. Also to the hateful customers that give these wonderful employees a hard time you guys ought to be ashamed of yourselves because at the end of the day these ladies and gentlemen are the best people I’ve ever met in my life and you should treat them with more kindness and respect because they do work hard for it.
