3 months agoWe rented the entire estate for our bridal party and groomsmen and my husband and I the weekend of our wedding and it was absolutely perfect. It was easy to find and get in. Tiffany was always communicating leading up to it on diet restrictions for breakfast and on any info we may needed. Breakfast was amazing and tasty! The rooms and beds were comfy and exactly what I was wanting. We will 100% be booking again when we get the chance and highly recommend it to anyone!3 months agoTiffany works hard to make your stay comfortable. Spent Saturday next to the pool, reading. Fabulous! Paid to have have breakfast in bed the whole weekend. Heavenly!!! And delicious. Tiffany is capable and willing to make your stay beyond expectations.A sweet home tucked into a sweet neighborhood. Little Lending Libraries in walking distance. Downtown McKinney has all you need if you want to stroll and pace leisurely.

4 months agoA beautiful stay, and the perfect getaway. Tiffany was an amazing host, and breakfast was amazing! Full of charm, art, and surrounded by antiques this bed and breakfast has it all, including a pool if you want to go for a relaxing swim. Close to all the local eateries, and attractions the Neathery is the perfect place to stay when in the area. Will definitely be staying again!2 months agoWOW! What an amazing place to stay! The place is such a great place to stay! My wife and I attended TMR for the third year in a row, each time renting an airBnB, they were nice places. We just didn’t feel comfortable in the first two. My wife Found this wonderful and beautiful bed and Breakfast. There is an ample amount of space for parking! Code to the gates that worked great. The yard was very well keep, and just so welcoming upon your arrival. The place was just so peaceful inside and out. We felt so safe and secure during our entire 2 night stay, Tiffany has really made the place so beautiful! Antiques though out the house. The house was nice and cool! So many little amenities to mention. One example is places on both sides of the bed for your phone chargers. A fan in the room for those who like what I call white noise. Tv with plenty of choices of channels, and the breakfast!!! Over the top! We will return and highly recommend this oasis!3 months agoWe had such a lovely stay in celebration of my birthday. We stayed in the Elissa Suite and enjoyed in suite breakfast on the patio which was exceptional. The location is perfectly situated close to downtown McKinney with tons of food options and shopping. We can’t wait for our next stay at the Neathery!

3 months agoThey have disconnected/changed their phone number after I completed cleaning services on some Oklahoma City Airbnbs they oversee. I completed great cleaning services for them since November 2022 and they, out of nowhere, didn’t want to work with me anymore. Which is perfectly fine… But, pay me what y’all owe me for the work I completed. From the reviews, it looks like they do shotty business. I didn’t mind working with them but they got a new contact person and I believe her name is Rachel … She is rude and is the reason I no longer provide services for them. They had set pricing and didn’t compensate for extra work that needed to be done. I agreed to that and had a set price for every time a guest checked out. I will gladly work this out if they reach out to me and pay me. It is not good business to not pay the final bill and to change your number. They have an outstanding balance of $125 from FEBRUARY and they also owe me $135 for a cleaning fee from an Airbnb turnover and $50 for a gas fee7 months agoWorst place do not use them they are bunch of rip off artists we booked one night the faucet was broken took pictures sent them to them and still was charged for this oh and on top of everything they didn’t want to take my calls so they blocked me on everything and the reply the leave is priceless I wish you could see what part the faucet that broke I am telling you these people are the worst the say they have inspections but yet look at all the reviews that say the house is nasty or these places aren’t worth the money stay in a better place. I want you to look at the replies to all the negative reviews and you can tell that they are petty. I wish I would’ve read reviews first but instead went for price never again PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY update I kept the picture of the broken faucet where it was when we got there by the way do you know how much pressure it takes to break that part I’m disabled my wife n her mom n my daughter didn’t break this faucet4 months agoThis property management is so good!!!!! I used Lokal Stays full interior design services on my North Los Angeles, CA property and it was worth every penny. Mariah and her team handled my property with care and put significant thought into my design. She truly brought my vision to life even to the tiniest detail. Her and her team went above and beyond by, not only setting up my place to my liking, but they also set up all my short term leasing platforms and handled my first couple of bookings as a curtesy. Lokal Stays will be my official partner for all my projects.12 months agoHad a place through AirBnB, who I will take this up with later, and a few weeks back they cancelled our reservation in Washington D.C. Then they told us that was a mistake. Now six days from our trip and they cancel again, and this time will issue a refund. Cannot understand how they get away with this. Would not recommend staying with LokalStays. They do not have a good handle on their business.

We found ourselves staying at the Marriott Residence Inn in Fairview, Tx for a little over two weeks last month as we waited for our home to be ready for move in. It was one of, if not the, best experiences we have ever had at a Marriott. And we’ve had many wonderful experiences at Marriotts!
The room was spacious and had everything we needed….full size kitchen, great modern bathroom, dining area, office area/living room and large separate bedroom. We were surprised and delighted that the daily breakfasts were hot and served by the general manager, Michael Donnelly, each morning with a warm welcome. The dining seating was next to a warm fireplace and coffee was always hot, 24/7. The workout room was spacious and complete and the laundry facilities were clean, easy to use and spacious. We used all the facilities every day!
Although it was snowing and icy outside, the indoor pool area was warm and inviting and a great place to hang out with a glass of wine or coffee watching the snow fall outside.
The front desk staff, as well as the housekeeping staff, were always friendly, accommodating and incredibly polite. I just can’t say enough about our wonderful transition time while at the Marriott Residence Inn. We truly didn’t want to leave!
Thanks to the General Manager, Michael Donnelly for our wonderful stay. We couldn’t have been happier!
Friendly front desk staff, excellent complementary breakfast. My only issue was the lack of garbage collection from the hallways by room doors and the trash can next to the elevators, which is about 3 feet from the ice machine. Otherwise, it is a great location nearby restaurants, shops, and grocery.
My sister booked us to this hotel because she used to stay here, this location where you can walk around during the day and night. Restaurants, coffee shops, bar and grill , stores you name it. now…
FRONT DESK – The lady at the front desk she is very accommodating and helpful while we are checking in.
LOBBY – I love it, there’s a coffee table, computer table and lots of chair to sit down. It looks good however it’s kinda hard or stiff not so comfy. I love the window sitting where you can see the restaurant Gloria’s.
GYM- It’s clean ( no worries )
POOL- nice pool, the only thing is there’s no access from the lobby. I wish they have one so guest don’t have to go around the hallway.
BREAKFAST – Pretty good selections, bacon, sausage, eggs, make your own pancakes and I love their cold brew coffee (as an iced coffee lover) they have hot and tea as well. Perfect!
ROOM – First night, everything was okay. The next day, my dad woke up with a bit of a bedbugs (huge bit) we just ignored it. Second night, my sister woke up with a bit of bed bugs (same as my dad) so we called the front desk and told that we had an issue in my room that there’s bedbugs in our bed.
She moved us to the next room and then five minutes later we couldn’t open the door we don’t know why, so we called the lady in again and went upstairs and checked the battery and she said you see? its the battery. (Good thing that she knew how to change the battery of the door since there’s no maintenance around that time)
Over all it’s a good experienced , it was the bedbugs and hopefully management will look into.
Very good experience at Residence inn. Very nice staff at front desk. Very helpful. Breakfast was slightly disappointing with Very less choices. But overall good place with good kitchenette if u like cooking urself
Rooms need to be remodeled and deep cleaned. Kitchen sink smells like mold. The bedding was uncleaned. I would not recommend this place. Over charged for incidental/deposit. Kitchen cabinets was dirty. Furniture was dirty with stains.
