I have been shopping here since they opened in 2005. The store is very nice and cleaned. The staff here are super nice and most of them have been there for a long time. I have seen the same people working there over the years which means that they take are of their employees. This is plus for me. Since this store is close to a lot of Tech companies, the store tends to have more Asian stuff which is awesome! They started carrying Jasmine rice in 50 lb bags years ago. During Covid 2020, Lee Lee would run out of rice since people would but them up just like toilet paper, this Costco always had rice. I think it was tucked in the back and you have to know where it is to get it. Over all store is well stocked even during the holiday rush. They keep the store very updated. I think they either cleaned the restrooms really well or they redid the entire restroom area. It seems very new. I got everything here from TV to tires to Mangos. Good place to shop.
This location is amazing! They have everything other locations have. Aisle after aisle of goods. Every aisle is neat and organized.
The checkout process was fast and efficient! I used self checkout due to only having 5 items. An employee quickly scanned my items and had me on my way! She was super friendly and conversational as well!
Before I left, I stopped by the food court and ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza, ice cream, and a drink. They have a self service kiosk which is easy to use. The kiosk has pictures of each item, making it easy to navigate. The order took less than 2 minutes to complete. The employees at the food court were friendly and efficient.
I highly recommend this location to anyone who loves Costco and a great shopping experience!
Excellent I’m rating this as an Instacart shopper. The customer service is always top quality! The employees help you box up your items and you’re out the door. There are not too many variations of the same item each is specific and you don’t have to worry about replacing too often. Rarely out of stock except for high demand items like eggs. Again, the customer service is amazing. All the employees always seem to be happy to work there.
I used to like Costco a lot, but the increased checkpoints for checking your membership are really killing the experience. I show my membership card when I enter, and then I have to show it again when I go to self checkout, and the demeanor of the people checking at the self-checkout is to first assume you are not a member. I have been a paying member since 2008. I am considering not renewing my membership. Costco doesn’t offer any particular special deals anymore either. Frozen foods are poison in many cases imported from countries with different food standards. Appliances and furniture are overpriced. Similar electronics deals can be found elsewhere. Here’s a tip: don’t buy electronics from Costco online. In two cases I was sent open box or lightly used items. How do I know? There were already fingerprints on the surface pro screen that I bought when I first opened it. What are you good for Costco?
Disappointing Experience at Costco Vision Center
I recently visited the Costco Vision Center with my partner, hoping to place her contact lens prescription. However, the service we received left us extremely disappointed and frustrated.
Despite being loyal members and covered under the same insurance plan, we were informed that my partner could not be served because she was not listed on the account. We have always placed our prescriptions through Costco without any issues, so this policy was unexpected and poorly explained.
What made matters worse was the rude and disrespectful behavior of one of the employees. Not only did they fail to provide a clear explanation of the policy, but they also displayed a dismissive attitude towards my partner.
