a month agoLove that they have the 90s style stuff 💕4 years agoI am a realtor & needed some light items to stage a vacant home. I replace things as styles change, etc. I went to this Ross and found some great stuff, bargain prices! I love to check Ross for home items, cute wall art, etc. I had a LOT of items. The customer service was awesome! The cashier told me to just pull my car out front and they would help me carry it all out. I pulled up and they were headed out with items before I could get to the door. It was so appreciated! (And everything breakable was probably wrapped to avoid any damage.) Great job!8 months agoThis is my new favorite store. Here you can get new clothes at great price. Ross prices are about the same as Goodwill’s and they are not used. You can even try on the clothes. Wonder if Goodwill makes money not having the changing rooms open with store credit instead of returning your money because clothes don’t fit. I’d pay a dollar or two more for new any day. So Ross is my new favorite store.5 months agoLots of empty disorganized shelves. Goodwill is more organized. Prices were good.7 months agoFavorite store in the world. No one can beat Ross. In my book you loss if you’re competing with Ross. Best clothes for any place in the world. Prices are lovely for any and all ages. One stop shop.

I really enjoy any Ross but I’ve been finding myself at this location more recently. The employees at this specific Ross location are amazing. They are always in a great mood and they seem to truly want to help out in any way they possibly can. Some of the shelves are still pretty empty, which is something I’ve noticed at most stores, not just Ross, but since the pandemic. Yes, just like any other Ross store, this location also has alot of their merchandise laid on the floor, off of the hangers, but Ross employees are not there to babysit us or our children. I’m positive their job description isn’t to follow us around in the case we as adults make a mess & just don’t feel like cleaning up after ourselves. These poor employees can only do so much in so much time. Despite the messy customers, the Ross employees at this location are always in a good mood and more than willing to help. Some of the ladies have even helped me when I have been there shopping alone, by sharing their honest opinion on an outfit that I was on the fence about and couldn’t decide on. Overall, this is a great Ross store located in a really nice shopping plaza and I look forward to visiting this location more in the future.
Location with lots of potential! This location suffers from low staffing which is visible by stock in the middle of the aisles unattended. There was a table with Now Hiring info, so they are working on staffing. It is on the messy side compared to other Ross locations in the Valley. They still have the same great prices and similar merchandise. If this doesn’t bother you, I would still recommend this location.
I entered the shop on 6/18 at 9:58 pm and did not pay attention that they close at 10. The employee literally screamed at me and rudely told me they were closed and would not check me out. I left the shop without saying a word, but I wish she had been a little bit more professional, directing the customers with a polite tone.
It’s crazy when you get 2 Calvin Klein swimsuits, flip flops, and an over shirt all for the same price Walmart is asking for a two piece.. no name swimsuit…. $60…. One of the many reasons why I love Ross.
Quick visit but found what we were looking for. Remote control truck for our 10 year old son and pet supplies. Store clean and friendly staff.
