I really like shopping to this dollar store. All the employees were working hard to fill the store again after Christmas the shelves were empty. The store looks clean and fill now. Guys keep up the great work.
I stopped into Dollar Tree and immediately noticed everything was self checkout which was okay but once I began shopping I realized so many items were missing from the shelves… Carts were filled with boxes waiting to be placed on shelves and I began wondering what were all the employees doing???
Excellent Customer Service. Greeted Upon Entry with A Smile. Very Respectful Young Staff. All Employee’s are Helpful and Knowledgeable about The Store’s Inventory. Very Clean and Well Stocked Store. Again Personal Shout Out to The Staff. You all Represent This Establishment Very Well.
DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT IN VERY LONG CHECKOUT LINES.
This store has a problem with checkout. Every time I’ve shopped here, I’ve waited in a line that extended very far and waited upwards of twenty minutes to check out.
Often times there is only one employee, and they only usually have two self checkout machines that work. But none take cash.
I don’t know what’s wrong with this store, but management needs to address checkout times to make everyone’s experience here better.
I use to love this store just witnessed a horrible employee named Hudson just yell at a customer and accused her of being prejudice when all she was asking for her to be acknowledged she was trying to help him and he rudely ignored her. He wouldn’t help her and said that he doesn’t need to even help customers or be in the front being a cashier he is said I know how to do my job! He said he’s training to be a junior manager please train your employees how to treat customers makes your store look bad! Thanking the customer and welcoming them in might be a good start!
