Impeccably clean store with well-stocked shelves. Staff are very helpful and courteous. And, for Christmas 2023, Marks & Spencer gourmet tea and cookie tins are available! Some of the tins light up, making them excellent Christmas decorations once all the cookies have been eaten.
This review is not reflection upon the staff at Target per say, but the ineptitude of the corporation in relation to the even more increased greed of modern day corporations. Easily 50 people with 7 cashiers available. Nothing will get done, because it is the new reality. Our cashier, Jasmine was absolutely incredible.
Columbia Target is my go-to! The store is very clean, employees always pleasant, and I can mostly find the items I’m looking for. The renovations and addition of Ulta leveled up this location a lot! My only suggestion is that both self check out sections are open on weekends / during busy times to cut down on checkout wait times.
Walking into this disaster of a store makes me think I traveled back in time, to March 2020. So many shelves bare and this isn’t a once time occurrence, this is every time. Nothing is ever in stock. The store is an absolute MESS. In one of the aisles, my 6 yo started picking things up and putting them back on the shelves. What a mess. Where is the manager?? Are they vision impaired?? This store is a disaster. In addition to random boxes, there are random carts full of merchandise, some just in the middle of the aisle. Cmon target, do better. Walmart on Dobbin is so much better than this cluster.
This review applies only to Cellular One; not the rest of Target.
This problem started about the end of February when I bought an IRIS flip phone at the Target store at 6111 Dobbin Road, Columbia MD 21045-5802. The phone stopped working after about a week. What happened was that the phone froze with “Cellular One” in white with an orange background.
I went back to the store and they tried to fix it. The problem happened again. I want back and exchanged it for another one. A week later – same story. Another week went by – same thing with a third phone. I went back again on March 18. Today – March 24 – same problem with this phone. Today (March 25) I will go back AGAIN!
Clearly, there is a problem. The salesperson offered me a refund. This does not solve the problem! If my car breaks down on the street, how can I phone an auto club with a phone that doesn’t work??? Is it too much to ask for a cell phone that works? This is what I want and this is what I DEMAND.
Cellular One has now had three tries to fix the same problem on three separate phones. I recommend that Target divorce their relationship with Cellular One and throw them out. If Target does this, I will revise my review.
