What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. This location needs more workers. When you ask for help everyone so quick to say I’m not a manager or I don’t know it gets frustrating. They had two register opened self check out line was half way towards the back. I use to love this location but customer service has definitely went down.

  2. This location has gotten worse over time. The lines are inefficient. Now with the 10 items or less rule at the self-checkout, I take 3-5 things out of my cart just so I won’t have to waste time in the other cashier lanes. Those lanes can take over 15 minutes. The worst timing I had was over 20 minutes in the cashier lanes! They’ve even lessened the amount of self-checkout registers! If Target wants me to spend less so I can get out of the store faster I will. Seems like a terrible business model, having customers take things out of their carts. And spending 10, 15, 20(!) minutes in line, which I have done almost every time I’m in this Target and am in a cashier lane, is just ridiculous.

  3. Whoever the cart pushers are need to be fired. I just had one tell me to leave my cart inside because there were no carts at the entrance. Then when he saw my facial reaction, he quickly corrected to “if you can”. I will say I contemplated it because I currently have a knee injury and my dad is 62 years old, but I did end up leaving it for the lady who was waiting for a cart. However, if he was doing his job, we wouldn’t have had to carry dog food to the car. 2/12/2024 at 9:00 PM.

I would also be more understanding if the store had been busy but the store was pretty empty and it’s a Monday night.

Just sucks because I worked at this location at one point and loved it (& there were always carts at the entrance)

  4. This used be stellar in the beginning, what happened? I returned an item purchased online with original box and online receipt, this is proof enough of purchase, associate insisting I needed a specific “bar code” other than what receipt had. I asked for manager and it was sorted out but I almost had to take the item back home with me. Corporate offices need to re-train or handle returns better. Also no up escalators working nor the elevators! I have health issues and others as well and this should have been working or repaired immediately. Target is a multi million dollar business, not for this to have escalators or elevators out of service!

  5. This target used to be great. I was told they’ve had to make a lot of changes due to increased theft. They were losing a lot of money. Customer care definitely needs to be better. I see a lot of employees hanging around while tons of people are waiting online with two registers open. They also limited self checkout because they don’t have proper security measure to minimize the theft. We as a ppl have to do better, the daily theft is making it harder for everyone. Hopefully target gets it together soon
