This is by far for me the best TJ Maxx location. The store is clean, well lit, organized and they have more selections. They carry anything for men, women and kids. They have a wide area for clothing, luggages, colognes, skin care products, makeups, kitchen and bath items, shoes, cooking utensils, cooking oils and spices, pastas, cookies, chips, chocolates, workout accessory items, bedroom accessories, photo frames, home decors, lights and fixtures, furnitures, area rugs, pillows, beddings, towels, blankets, items for your pets, jewelries, gift items and gift wrappers and they always have a section for seasonal items. They also have snacks and chilled soda so you can have a quick bite when you get exhausted of too much shopping 😄 The staff here are very friendly and helpful too. You can always see them busy stacking things up but are always happy to help customers. They have maybe 10 or so cashiers so line is moving even when it gets crowded on holidays. They have huge parking which is shared by other business in the vicinity.
The woman called TAMI in HOME GOODS gave me the worst costumer Service I ve recieved in my life. She was dude, disrespectful and non emphatic to the problem I had. I brought my puzzle glued and she throw it making me loose more than the pieces that were already missing. Scream to me for no reason, Tellling I was not getting a free puzzle which I had already paíd for… was only looking for help no how can I finish it. Then she throw me the box of a new one with bad attitude making me cry and making me feel I was begging for something
Everybody’s experience is different. I have been going there for 10 plus years, never had a bad one. It’s a nice, clean place to find deals, always worth a stroll.
I personally like their candles and cooking oils, I have found nice brand names in clothing for cheap also.
The other day, the customer line wrapped around the first line of shelves, yet with nearly every cashier register occupied, it took just a couple of minutes to check out.
And yes, you will be asked for a TJ Maxx card. That’s dictated by corporate and not the cashier’s entertainment, so I just firmly say “Thank you – No!”
This place is woth a visit, the experience fairly pleasant – and no, in general I do not like going to a store at all.
Wanted to buy several items but the line was dozens of people deep and not moving at all and I had an appointment in an hour, so I was forced to leave without my items. Waste of time.
The staff here is so rude, just overhearing the way Ling who must be a manager talks to the customers… I don’t understand how big companies like these can hire such poorly mannered people. I personally didn’t have an experience but I overheard the way she talked to the staff and customer. DO BETTER!
