We have been shopping there since they open this Kroger, about 20 years or so. It use to be really nice/clean store but customer service have went down hell in the last 2 years or so. Be aware that the price that’s posted on the shelf is not always the same price you pay at the register. There is always, at least one item that you going to be overcharged for. I Have Complained few times but employees and management don’t seem to care about the customers. Cleanness of the store is nothing like it use to be.
This is a great grocery store with a large variety of items at good prices. They have a sushi bar and pre-made meals, a deli, a bakery, and a Starbucks. If you get the Kroger card, which I highly recommend, it saves you a lot of money and gets you discounted gas!
Note: There is no reason to be calling grocery stores or some of the situations seen in these reviews. Go to the store, get your food, leave. That’s it.
Not the best kroger in the area. Average selection and something off with the fryer oil ???? for chicken etc.. if you are into that sorta thing. Cheese selection limited and produce is average in variety. Otherwise perfectly good store.
I always walk from my Whataburger where I work usually when I’m on break to the pumps to get an NOS and shout-out to Long he is always either there or taking out trash. He is by far the nicest person I have met at a gas station. If you read this Long, you know me as John. This review is very overdue.
I need to shop here because the prices are as good as you’ll find. But their baggers really need to be trained. I use those rectangular bags with the handles. The baggers make little attempt to fit the groceries in with the contours of the bag. They just kind of pile things in. So some foods get damaged, especially bakery items. And the bags don’t fit neatly into the basket, so they pile them on top of each other. I often have to rebag items when I get to the car.
