  1. Just done my coating maintenance on 4/1/2021 from Ceramic Pro, Glenmarie.

    Mk car wash experience on 9/1/2021, 10am:

    Reach here saw 2 cars was queuing up there. Then one of the worker told me there is a queue behind. So I moved my car to the queue behind. After 5 min, a lady (assume Ladyboss) went to my window and told me you can park straight behind the currently washing car, because the car in front of you only will come collect on 4pm. Was thinking. Oh so sweet of her let me cut queue.

    After awhile it’s my turn I move my car into the washing bay. Then Ladyboss greeted me with a bottle water. Which did impress me at the point of time.

    What happens next was disaster. The worker didn’t even use water to spray of all the dirt from my car. Imagine my car is dry. Straight take a sponge with a pail of soap water straight wash the rims. Imagine dirt + rubbing what it become? Scratches I assume. I kept quiet wanting to see what’s happen next.

    Snow shampoo the car and I see the soap start dripping to my rims. Thinking oh yesss. Maybe they are going to start washing my rims together seriously. No. They didn’t wash my rims anymore.

    After moving my car to the vacuum bay they start drying my car. I came down saw the rim situation then I voice out a bit Bro, rims not clean yet. Another worker answer me. Ohhhh. That one I’ll wipe later. After 10 min I was told my car was ready below is the photos where I was notified that my car is ready. There are even more unclean area which I don’t bother taking any more photos.

    Straight I enter the boss room and ask the guy boss come and see what happen. The boss answered me “ohhh.. I haven’t come and check, don’t worry, I’ll check for you nicely now”

    He came then start wiping here and there. But I cannot understand. When a place where there is dirt meaning you didn’t wash properly la. Why you want to rub my car with harder force instead of rewash the whole car properly?

    Then your worker again use cleaner to wash of the dirt from my rim. Bro. If a rim have dust meaning you never wash properly la, you are suppose to wash it, not rub it with some cleaner until clean.

    Pass Rm50 to the boss and was returned with Rm35. Honestly Service like this is even worst than Road side or petrol station car wash.

    Honestly Boss, I wouldn’t be so upset if you rewash my car another time rather than using other chemical to wipe all those dirt off. My car just done coating it shouldn’t be that tough to wash.

    Overall Boss and Ladyboss service attending to my needs is excellent. But washing wise, worst experience ever.

    Shop owner called me personally and apologize that the workers today is new, some are on their first day. He also make note that things like this will not happen anymore. I guess everyone deserve a 2nd chance.

  2. Regular car wash and vacuum cost RM 15.00 – reasonable price. it took around 30 minutes.

    Heads up to double-check your car before leaving as there were several spots that were not properly wiped dry.

    Overall, satisfied with the service and would recommend for those who are around the area.

  3. Doesn’t properly clean the rims, the inner was left out. Utterly disappointed. Paid RM1.1k for 5 times so called 4 layer polish and wax. Looked way not worth the price. Left one attempt and I don’t bother returning.

    Definitely happy and satisfied after sending my car here for 2 layer wax coating thingy. I’m not familiar with the jargon. Josey is honest and gives good recommendations based on my car condition. Don’t worry about those nasty shops that are out to oversell their packages. Excellent service and price is really reasonable. Nice waiting area with phone charging ports. Clean, new and very bright place. I’m definitely coming back again😊

    Booked an appointment about an hour prior and they responded pretty quickly. I chosed the 2 Layer Polish option and cost me around RM138. They handled my car very carefully too and the service is just top-notch. My car despite being almost 7 years old looked like it just came off a showroom and they definitely did a lot better than the car wash centres you see in the parking lot of a mall. Definitely worth the price, and will be a repeat customer soon.

    Went for a 2 step polish and wax with consist of other stuff which u can see in my pictures. Car is clean AF. Friendly service with professional expertise. Will return in the future for 5 step polish to hopefully bring back the full shine of my 10 year old car. Comfortable enough to do work or play some games too.

    Like : Good range of ‘medicine’ for different application. Attentive and patient staff (I like that they’re all local). Good explanation from Liew. Not high volume cars so better time spent on each part. Few coating/cleaning packages to choose. Made in Korea product. Mid range price. Dislike : Nothing so far Price : rm1.5k with free maintenance for 2 years Duration : 2.5 days (1 day wash & surface prep, 1 day coating & curing, 0.5 day interior & check). Product : SiC ceramic coating on all plastic, windscreen & glass, interior leather Recommendation : For sure

    Offers 499 for the Basic ceramic exterior coating (including body only + rims) with 3 years warranty with 1 free recoat, front windscreen (only) coating is 1 year warranty. If want to add on all windows or interior need to top up. Comes with 1 complimentary car wash after 5 days of coating as well and for they to QC. Nate, the sales manager also quoted the price to remove watermarks and apply water repellent coating for front windscreen is RM80. Car wash is RM13 regardless of car size. Recommended by one of the staff to go for the Advance polishing (shown in the drawn blue area). Do look for him for quotation!

    This auto detailing service located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor and got a lot of service. In example, paint correction, ceramic coating, carpro and other services. I can see a few service i never heard like premium car wash. Might try myself next time.
