- Reviews:This is one of my two favorite Ace stores. I do have one problem. When I enter the doors, I lose all track of time. This trip I picked of some stain and polyurethane for a project. I have had a Traeger for about 7 years and needed a repair. They fixed it with amazing skill and precision and at a fair price. I highly recommend this store. A huge selection of Munitions (pistol ammo, shot-shells & rifle cartridges) plus a very generous supply of components & tools for benchloading. If that’s not enough, there were dozens and dozens of Radio-Conttolled (quality) trucks & cars for sale with ample spare parts & radios, chargers, etc. The two sales-people were knowledge & quite patient.By Jeff Deacon (4 months ago)Great store. However, not a place you can just walk around without being asked 7 times by 7 different people if they can help you find anything. It really bothers me when they ask if they can help without being in front of you or making eye contact 1st. Unofficially the “best” Ace in Tucson. Very close to home so I come here often. They definitely try to do their best and selection (which includes hobby and home decor type items) is really good. Prices are really not very different for most items from big box stores, just smaller selection, in my experience. Truly a neighborhood store.
This is the largest Ace Hardware in town. Their inventory is outstanding! Their staff are always ready, willing, and able to answer questions and/or assist locating items in the store. I’ve been shopping here for years and have never had a bad experience. Leashed dog friendly, as well.
This is the single, best, hardware store ever. They literally have everything and household items. Such a huge selection. I love this store. I could literally walk around all day in that place ..
Ace Hardware has earned this customer’s loyalty. Not only are their employees friendly but they are very knowledgeable about anything I need help with. And they are so plentiful! One never has to look for help, it’s always around the corner! They may cost a bit more than the big box stores but quality goods and quality service is worth it!
This place is fantastic. I have never been to a bigger, better staffed, more convenient hardware store in my life. They have specialists from every department that are always 100% ready to help you out.
They have the biggest selection of root beers and obscure fizzy drinks you will find anywhere. As well as:
Parts for my pellet smoker.
The little glass top part for my old percolator coffee pot.
Bulk holiday lights by the foot and decorations.
A huge selection of car detailing and car care products.
A great selection of hardware, drills, and taps.
A HUGE housewares department.
An AWESOME hobby shop with super competitive prices and super helpful employees.
I will always shop here before going to a big box store.
